Bland food. All tastes the same. Basic brown sauce. No garlic, no ginger, no onions. Very poor. Fried rice was basic yellow, nothing in it but a few bits of pork. My  son and I are in the process of   visiting every Chinese restaurant  in Chittenden County, VT.  We always   order the same thing.   I  order a chicken and broccoli combo  with  pork fried rice and an egg   roll. My son orders a sesame chicken  combo  with pork fried rice and   beef teriyaki sticks. Price:  $26.11 or $.37/oz is on the higher end of average compared to what we find in Chittenden County.   Portion: 4.3 lbs between the two meals which is average in this region. Pros:  - Convenient location on Rt. 7 in Milton. - The sesame chicken was delicious, rich with flavor - Provided 3 fortune cookies, 2 soy sauce packets, & 1 mustard packet - The only Chinese takeout in Chittenden County that provided a mustard packet, which was an excellent compliment to our egg rolls. Cons:   - Napkins & utensils were not provided - The yellow pork fried rice was a bit dry and lacked flavor Impression:  Convenient location in Milton on Rt. 7 offering  average sized portions of generally good tasting food at a reasonable price earning Lucky Wok a review of 3.0 stars. read more

Never been so grossed out in my life as the day I saw the kitchen help sitting at a table, eating soup (maybe?) and spitting out an ingredient she apparently didn't like. She had a pile of partially chewed something (I could not look without dry heaving) on the table, and she added to it with an emphatic "splooot" like a baseball player expelling his chew between innings. As I turned my back on her and choked back vomit, she was summoned to the kitchen to cut chicken destined for the dish I had ordered. No hands were washed, btw, and the accumulated pile of cud was left on the table to stew in a spit broth as she performed her kitchen duties. My order was bagged and given to me. I tried to think of something beside puking, grabbed the bag and went across the street to Subway where I tossed the $13 dish in the trash and ordered a sub. And I hate Subway. read more

Ordered through ubereats, spent over 100.00. Figured id call to verify the order and the owner answered and said they do not use uber eats and so we figured we had the wrong restaurant, nope... look at the app and the address matched. so after seeing payment processed and the order still processing, we called again to verify. This time the lady was very rude and would not even listen to my order to verify, she hung up on me. funny thing is... the order came from ubereats and I am about to call this owner back and explain to her why i will never purchase another grain of rice from them again. read more

The looks of the place leave far more to be desired but I definitely keep coming bacK for takeout. I honestly prefer LucKy Wok over the gawked over Eastern Dragon just a few miles north. Flavorful food always. Tonight I definitely did not get what I ordered but it's -6 outside and no way will I go back out there. What I did eat (some sort of chicken and vegetable dish) was actually quite tasty. If I hadn't been craving lo mein, I wouldn't be super angry. One thing I always have to do is make sure they put extra sauce on the chicken dishes bEcause they do tend to run dryer than most places. read more

Lucky Wok is one of the best Chinese food takeout restaurants in the area. The food is delicious, affordable, and they get it ready pretty fast. General Tso's Chicken, Boneless Spareribs, Vegetable Spring rolls, House Special Fried Rice, and Egg Foo Young are some of my favorite dishes here. read more

Fairly consistent with other take out Chinese in the area. I wouldn't dine in though as the decor was not inviting. There were two cooks and one counter attendant. The counter help guy seems really angry about something and not too friendly. He should go check out China Garden in Essex Junction to see how customer service is done. On a positive note the food was tasty and the portions were plentiful. Perhaps a little pricey, but its the only Chinese Restaurant in Milton that I know of so they can get an extra buck if they want. I'll return again sometime, but may take advantage of the out of town Chinese opportunities when they present themselves. read more

Recently moved to Milton, saw that this was the only Chinese food place in town and tried it. Person who answers the phone doesn't identify the place as Lucky Wok just simple answers "hello" We ordered General Tso chicken dinners with white rice and boneless spare rib. $19.08 was the total. There is a min of $10 to use a debit/credit card. Meal comes in a small tin with plastic cover and placed in brown paper bag. Meal was greasy. Even the paper bag showed signs of the grease. The rice was over cooked and mushy. The chicken was flavorful, large chunks with a thick sauce. Good portion for the price. The boneless spare ribs were chunks as well and I found them to be very grisly, and were just ok. I've def. had better. Over all wasn't totally impressed. Probably won't order again. read more

Stopped by and order food on the way to our new house. I ordered 3 lunch dishes and an appetizer. It only took 10 minutes of waiting so that was super convenient. The food was good but nothing too out of the ordinary. There was a lot of it though so good buy. read more

Would have given it four stars but they shorted a crab rangoon, missing our white rice with sumbo. I dont eat meat and I asked if I could get an order of the cheese wontons, the guy at the register said cheese wonton & crab rangoons were the same thing. Bologna. Great food but just a few things. Friendly customer service, & food quantity is Huge, but is sub par eats at best. The restaurant is Very dirty. While dining, there was a rancid smell in the building. Went to the restroom to wash my hands and had to hold my breath, the smell and filth of the restroom made me lose my appetite. Health inspector really should go out there and make them clean it up before someone gets sick. read more

The plastic lid of the take out container used by Lucky Wok melted into my food leaving a hole in the center of the lid. When I called TWICE asking to speak to a Manager because I had a complaint, the first call I was told they were busy&there wasn't a manager then they Hung up on me. I called back asking for ANYONE in charge&stated I didn't appreciate being Hung up on, they Hung up without saying anything. The restaurant is seriously endangering the health and safety of thier patrons by using clearly SUBSTANDARD products to transport thier TAKE OUT food as well as having dismal customer service. I would say NEVER frequent this establishment unless you want to endanger the health&safety of yourself and anyone who ingested slop that is contaminated with melted plastic because the restaurant certainly is unconcerned for the customer and certainly won't resolve thier obvious substandard performance! read more
