Chloe Rose aka Kimberly, where do I even begin? Simply put, she is amazing…read more I wasn't one of those brides who knew what she wanted for her wedding. Unlike others, I didn't have a vision board or any vision for that matter. My husband and I were clueless and knew nothing about flowers, so it was very difficult for us to communicate what we wanted. But during the time that I've followed Chloe Rose on Instagram, whenever I would see a flower I liked, I would DM Kimberly asking her which flowers she was playing with. We decided to play with those flowers. Kimberly sent us the most detailed quote and a mood board, so we can visualize everything. We gave Kimberly a general overview/theme of what we envisioned our wedding to look and pretty much gave her a free reign to execute our vague "general overview". And boy, did she deliver something better that we could have ever imagined. From the boutonnières, the bridesmaid bouquets, the sweetheart table, the centerpieces, the arch, everything was just beautiful. And my bouquet, it was perfection. I am in love with my bouquet. I wish it would have lasted forever. And even though we left my bouquet in the car overnight after the wedding, Kimberly was able to save it and transform it to this beautiful bookends to remind us of the magical day we had. And the arch, we forgot to bring our arch. Luckily, our venue had an arch we can rent, but we were so worried because Kimberly planned to decorate a thin round arch instead of a huge hexagonal arch. But it wasn't stressful for us because Kimberly made it so easy for us. She didn't make a fuss about the switch! She is just so talented and creative that this last minute change did not seem to bother her. Kimberly had to improvise and figure out a way to decorate our new arch at the last minute. It was so beautiful you'd think it was planned. She's very personable, creative, talented, easy to work and communicate with, responsive, a perfectionist, and very detail oriented. She listens intently to understand exactly what her couples want. But more importantly, she absolutely loves flowers and is very passionate about what she does. And really, I think it shows in her work. She truly gave us one less thing to stress about during the wedding planning. If you follow Chloe Rose on Instagram, what you see is what you get plus more because beauty of her work far exceeds what social media can portray. The beauty she creates and the places she's transformed will leave you in awe. I've had the pleasure of seeing Kimberly's work in two other weddings, and I am just amazed every single time. We are so thankful for you, Kimberly. Look no further. Kimberly's your girl.

It was such a magical journey working with Jess and Royal Bee for my wedding. As someone who came…read moreinto the wedding process knowing nothing about florals, she helped bring a vision to life, that I wouldn't have even have been able to describe. In terms of her work, the pictures and visuals on her website and social media pages speak for themselves. She is truly an expert in her field and can bring anything imaginable (involving florals) to life. She isn't afraid to think outside the box, or, stay within a classic and timeless realm. For our wedding specifically, I chose an all white color palette, though almost changed my mind after seeing some of her work with bright colors. Knowing that I was a visual learner, she sent me names and pictures of so many flowers to choose from, after learning more about what I liked. She knew exactly which questions to ask and valued my opinions. She even suggested bringing in a specific type of pottery to honor my now-husband's heritage. I opted to order my own pottery and when I accidentally ordered the wrong size, she went out of her way to figure out a solution to exchange them. I feel as though along the process of my wedding I not only hired a vendor, but made a friend. Jess was ALWAYS ready to lend an ear to either a new idea I had or answer a question I thought of. She was very prompt in her communication and happy to help. Overall, if you are considering a florist for any event, Royal Bee is a no-brainer. I have done your homework for you by meeting with and comparing multiple floral companies and I would choose Jess time and time again. It is rare to find someone who you can genuinely tell loves what they do, but Jess is one of these rare gems. Above-and-beyond service. Quality product. Endless creativity.

She was ultimately one of the few florists willing to work with my budget, so I appreciated that! That being said; all of the above is why I feel so saddened that after I paid a deposit (and an amount towards my balance) they literally ignored me... 2 weeks for an email response is quite lengthy, and then when I heard back they were not helpful at all. Seems like they replied to shut me up & to once again ignore me. I'm a wedding vendor myself, I work in the industry: so I understand it's "peak" season or whatever you like to call it, but my wedding is less than 3 months away and I had to change my venue & color scheme (not by choice), so I needed to hear from my florist ASAP... I never like to leave reviews like these but I really was saddened. I referred many other brides to her & now feel I should warn them. In the end: I asked for a refund and hopefully I get it.
