It's a big marketing scam; front desk staff pushes unnecessary add ons like: Paw Passes which come with undisclosed limitations, dinning and breakfast options with "sub par" food to say the least. When you are attempting to use the benefits you paid for, there are stipulations the front desk conveniently doesn't mention. An example is the $100 hold they place on your form of payment in addition to your deposit if you purchase said meal plans. "Common knowledge" they said is that in order for ALL charges to clear, it can take up to a week or more in contrast, they, GWL take their money immediately, but arent as quick to refund yours in the event of any error committed on their part. Lets talk about their filthy rooms... The 1st room we checked into reaked of smoke, there were cigarette debris, and an obvious lingering smell that penetrated your nostrils at first breath. There were lipstick marks on used cups that werent discarded amongst other things. Due to the obvious lack of cleanliness in this room, we were moved to room #2 in the same tower. The 2nd room was disgusting amd even worse. A night supervisor came in to inspect and was left with his mouth open from the decrepit condition it was in. There were pubic hairs found in the wolf den, urine stains, tears on the sheets, and something that resembled bugs underneath the bunks and other debris. I asked to speak with a floor manager immediately as I needed a witness to inspect the atrocities. Susan arrived and made an attempt to downplay the situation however; even she couldn't hide her disgust for said conditions and moved us yet again. Now, all this moving from room to room didn't come free; they didnt disclose that they were charging my card every time they moved us to a different room, they failed to inform us that this move made it look like I had reserved several rooms under one card. This meant that every time a clerk opened my reservation, it appeared to look like I made several reservations under one name! WHAT THE ACTUAL HECK! Due to this frustrating situation that took practically MOST of our time, energy, and patience, the kids didn't get a chance to enjoy what we paid for. They went to bed late, irritable and disappointed. This incredible story doesn't end here; there is more but honestly, I'm too tired and frustrated to keep adding on and the stress of reliving it makes my blood boil. Due to the misery and stress this caused, we checked out early. I am writing this for the moms and the families that seek a nice, worry free vacation at a place that boasts about its amenities and its family friendly environment. Dont go here. Save your time, sanity, and effort for a business that appreciates & takes care of its customers. No place is perfect, I know, but businesses can start by correcting their mistakes and taking corrective measures to ensure their patrons are prioritized. Not happy with Pepsi products, but we make it work. Popcorn was delicious. The theater was clean and the seats are large and comfortable. The snack options went beyond the basics, and the prices were exactly what I'd expect to pay at home for such a nice setup. The seating was spacious and comfortable with large lounge-style chairs. On the seat map, it looks more like a couch setup, but in reality, they're individual chairs--which still worked out great. One of the standout features was the sports bar inside, which added a really fun vibe, and they even have a special theater designed for watching games. That room has tables, softer lighting, and really makes you feel like you're right there in the middle of the action. There were only a minimal number of staff around, but the ones we interacted with were extremely helpful, friendly, and very nice--which really made the experience even better. Overall, this theater is a step above the rest. Between the comfortable seating, extra amenities, fair prices, and kind staff, it made for a really enjoyable night out with my family. What I cannot accept is being repeatedly lied to by company employees, making an already stressful situation far worse. We had a booked dinner aboard a cruise ship departing from Navy Pier. Knowing the ship would not wait, we reserved a Hummer limousine 2.5 hours in advance -- a 5:30 PM pickup -- to allow 1.5 hours of travel time from Naperville to Navy Pier in heavy traffic, with a comfortable buffer. The limo did not arrive. We called the driver repeatedly. He never answered. Not once. We then called the company. Each time, we were given a new promise: - "It will arrive in a few minutes." - "The limo is in traffic in Palatine -- pickup moved to 6:00 PM. We guarantee it, 100%." - Then 6:15. Then 6:30 with 100% certainty. At 6:45, we gave up and piled into our own cars. The limo finally appeared as we were pulling away -- not the Hummer we had booked, but an old, dirty substitute vehicle. The driver claimed he had been stuck in traffic on Lake Shore Drive for over two hours. Anyone suggesting a route from Palatine to Naperville via Lake Shore Drive is either deeply confused or simply not telling the truth. The wrong vehicle arrived one hour and fifteen minutes late. A few minutes more and we would have missed the departure entirely, losing several thousand dollars paid for the dinner -- and putting everyone through an enormous amount of unnecessary stress. Why couldn't Emperor's employees simply tell the truth, explain the situation honestly, and let us make an informed decision? Instead, every call brought another false promise of "10-15 more minutes." We made it this time, but only barely -- and no one should have to go through that.

I must admit, the signage can be a little confusing. For example the arrows for certain directions/ destinations are misleading. Process of elimination got me through coming and going.
