I couldn't remove my lip piecing on my own & needed retainers for my chest so i needed some help. Last time I went before an MRI 2 or so years ago, they didn't charge me an instillation fee or for the plastic jewelry. This go around it was $10 for a plastic lip retainer, $20 for glass chest retainers and a $15 instillation fee. $45 for retainers???? (I understand the instillation fee & wasn't expecting anything free again but $45?!?) Oh and get this the lip one was sealed with an "O" ring and it popped off an hour later and I had to overnight ship a lip retainer and I got 30 for $7.... I went in today since they said they could put back in the piercings without another instillation fee and I mentioned I wanted to try a lip ring instead. I was given my options and was told we could change the color. The piercer brought me back, put in the ring and when I asked about the color they said I'd have to buy another one since they're supposed to do that beforehand. That was not explained to me and I would have to pay for the one she put in even though I wanted to try it out.This cost me $22 for a lip ring I don't even like and is a color I hate. No offer to discount it or a real apology. All in all save your money and go somewhere else if you need a retainer. I spent $70 total and all i have to show for it is 2 glass bars and a lip ring I hate. This is no hate to the piercer themselves I am just frustrated with the price, the fact the retainer I paid for didn't stay and the lack of proactive communication.

I wasn't expecting them to put it in for me. It's an earring I can easily replace myself. They brought us in to where the piercing chair is. And introduced us to Rachael. I said to her "The price of the jewelry includes the install? Which she replied Yes. When I went to pay for my earring. She charged me $50 for the earring when she had originally told me it was $35. Then there was a $15 charge for the install. When I asked about the charge and told her Rachael said it was included. She said no it isn't. She offered to refund it, when all the sudden the artist Rachael came out and was quite aggressive & unprofessional! She wouldn't even listen to what we had to say. We were questioning the $15 install charge. Not attacking anyone. Full disclosure is all we were wanting. Just let us know the exact amount we are going to be charged. I don't have a problem paying someone for their services. What I do have a problem with is when they DON'T TELL YOU, and you find out when you go to pay. Was handled very immature & unprofessional.

Finally the day of my appt came and I wasn't even sure if I was getting it since I hadn't heard from him. The initial appt went ok. He didn't really listen to my concern about part of the tattoo looking like it may be more of a bloob and too close together. I have tattoo artist friends (not in the area) and after talking to them he used the wrong kind of tattoo needle to do the tattoo. The noraml one you use for line work he used to color in the entire tattoo, and with all the ink and blood he missed multiple spots and this cause my to scab up worse than any tattoo I've gotten. I also expressed my concern about the saniderm and being allergic which I was and my tattoo now has scars and marks from that. But disregarding all that, I was supposed to get the tattoo finished and he never communicated with me, I reached out on multiple occassions and never heard back. Also he charges a $140 "drawing" fee which I understood if he actually drew my tattoo or spent a lot of time on it, he did not. This was the most expensive terrible tattoo I have ever received and it is still going to cost more to finish/cover up/correct it.

I really don't write reviews, but everyone needs…read moreto know what happened to me if they are planning to get a tattoo I have been hesitant to give this review because I wanted them to have a chance to make it right but now that the rework is done and it still looks like shit, I can't hold back any longer... I had this tattoo done originally in December of 2021 by Jeff. I was concerned the day I got the tattoo because the artist seemed to be rushing the color fill, and I wondered how it would look once it healed. He spent an hour and a half on the outline and 20 minutes in the color. Within a few days I noticed blotching in the color as it healed. A few spots where the artist dug in with the needle began to scab over. As the scabs pulled away from the skin, they took the ink with them. I ended up having to go back in and have him redo the color completely. I didn't have to pay money for this, but I am now paying the price in pain from having to go over inches of scar tissue with more needle work. I'm very upset. Even with the redo it doesn't look as amazing as any of my other tattoos. The shading is uneven and the line work is off. And to top it off, the artist didn't clean out the needle well enough when changing colors so the white stripe is not really white. It looks more like a light pinkish, orange color. I felt very uneasy with the artist when he started the first session but I couldn't get my deposit back. I observed some of his other work which was spectacular and feel like he had a problem with me either because it was my own art work and not his design or because I am gay or both. I should have know from his arrogance upon our first meeting that the overall experience would not be great. During my consultation, he completely shot down one of the ideas and suggested something completely different from what I wanted. Then when I decided to go with my own drawing in the end, he still wanted to change things. So many things about this place upset me. Don't go to Jeff unless you're ready to have what he wants on your body!

I paid a $100 deposit through Venmo to secure my spot and then after the appointment, i paid the remaining balance through Venmo.
