We have been long time customers with lucky house and spent a fair share with them over the years however recently there has been a change in staff and they have been extremely rude and childish. A few times we have put up with missing items etc but we have had enough and called up this time to get a replacement dish that was missing from our order the staff left the phone off the hook laughing about who forgot to put it through etc then proceeding to talk down to me like i was stupid. Will not be using lucky house again. Has gone down hill big time read more

Tasty Chinese and resonably priced. Decent sized portions too and not too greasy! Food was delivered in a decent amount of time and we received complimentary prawn crackers with our large order. read more
