The laundromat is very clean! The washers and dryers all use smart technology. They have all sizes for your convenience. Miss Yer offers laundry services if you don't have time to do laundry yourself. First time customers use a debit or credit card to obtain a laundry card. You add money to the card and $20 allowed me to wash and dry 3 loads. You can always add more money if you need it. Prices range depending on the size of the washer you need. As I was unloading my baskets of clothing I dropped my bottle of liquid detergent and Miss Yer saw me and immediately ran to my aid. She cleaned my bottle and even replaced my cracked lid. Where can you find customer service like that? If I have another malfunction with my washer or dryer, I'll definitely return. Thanks Miss Yet for making this process easy while I was limited on time.

The customer service was also amazing. the owner came up to us and was letting us know how great his store is and it made me feel happy to see how happy he was with all the upgrades he put into it. Many of the dryers are out of order and have not been maintained in quite some time. Several washing machines also appear to be malfunctioning -- some don't fill with water properly, making it impossible for clothes to get a thorough wash. On more than one occasion, I've seen leftover powder detergent from previous users, and when monitoring my own cycle, I noticed the drum never filled with enough water to actually clean the clothes. The larger machine near the front seems to work better, but the two large machines in the back (that are still operating) do not fill correctly. Another issue is cleanliness -- there's been a noticeable increase in cockroaches around the facility. This is a major hygiene concern. On top of that, the change machine is unreliable. It once took a $20 bill and only dispensed $8. Sometimes it doesn't accept money at all, and only one side of it works. It also seems like the woman who used to work here is no longer around. Her absence is noticeable -- the place isn't kept as clean or orderly as it used to be. This place has potential, but it's clear that maintenance and management have slipped. I hope to see improvements soon, but for now, I can't recommend it like I once could.
