I went today for my annual comprehensive physical exam and blood test. I arrived very early on a very cold morning day since I had the first appointment and the friendly receptionist let me in even though they still hadn't opened and proceeded to take my information. She then had me sit in the main reception room for a very short wait. My Doctor's Nurse came almost right away with a big smile and a friendly hello to greet me and take me to the examination room where she took my weight and blood pressure, which was excellent. She was so nice and hospitable that she embodies what the spirit of a Nurse should be. Shortly after, my doctor, Adrienne Kinsey arrived from her morning meeting to come see me early. She was very welcoming as well and proceeded to ask me some questions and complete my physical. She then took me to the laboratory for my blood tests. I waited in the waiting room for a short time and the lab tech came and took my blood. Everything went smoothly. Then I went to the Exit Desk station and another wonderful receptionist gave me the paperwork with all that was done to me today and scheduled me for next year's comprehensive. This place not only has a relaxed welcoming atmosphere, but absolutely everyone I had contact with was marvelous and so hospitable. I would absolutely recommend this place and Doctor for your Primary Care Physician.

First of all, the clinic uses the very convenient app MyChart to communicate with me, things like when I have my next appointment, show me my blood test results, and even to have me check in the day of my appointment. I can even text my doctor a question I may have regarding the blood test results, and she will promptly reply. Second, the clinic has its own x-ray and blood test labs, which makes it very convenient for me when the doctor orders any of these. Not only are these labs equipped with the latest in modern equipment but also the medical staff that work there are very friendly and efficient. Third but not least is all the staff who works there are very welcoming, friendly, and efficient. From the receptionist who welcomes me when I arrive for an appointment, to the RM who takes my weight, temperature, and blood pressure, and takes me to the room where my doctor sees me. To my wonderful doctor who carefully examines me with my best interest in mind. To the phlebotomist who draws my blood and prepares it for texting. To the exit receptreceptionist who takes care of scheduling my next appointment and prepares and prints my After Visit Summary. Quality customer service like none that I have ever received in any other clinic before is what makes me rate this clinic with 5 stars and highly recommend it to all those who read this review.
