And Mital helped me with a lot of other achy, ailing body parts too while I was there. This was a rough winter...so cold, so dry, so sluggish. I had lost quite a bit of weight and then regained it...only to find it didn't go back in the same place. (read: jowly! That's right, the chin was starting to droop. Nothing bad...just hereditary...but I wasn't ready for it!). Mital said she could help that...and her work did! I've done Reiki a couple of times before but never felt a huge difference. With Deborah, it was different. During the session, Deborah asked questions to understand my needs and concerns. During the healing session, I yawned a lot (like I was releasing a lot of repressed energy!).
