Luigi was also an excellent cook, the dishes were all wonderful and so fresh, and created (and imagined) on the spot! The ricotta with lemon zest was out of this world. On the trip to positano from Naples they were 2 hours late. On the trip back they said they did not have enough cars even though we confirmed with the company itself through WhatsApp. I had to go back and forth with the representative to finally get a hold of the manager and he said that there was nothing he could do. He tried telling me that the roads had issues but I spoke with the concierge and they said the roads were closed. There is only one road in and out but the cancellation happened at 11am for 2pm pickup.
