The store itself is adorable, lined with glitter and a wall to wall collage of all things 90s and riot grrrl. The staff are super inviting AND helpful, they tailored a skirt I wanted to purchase for me and even made me a sweater I'd wanted to buy when I found out it was out of stock. I had prepaid for 2 pre-sale records on May 28, 2024. One of the records became available, but the…read moresecond one was still pending to be released. As per HHV's policy, when you order pre-sale items, they will be all shipped at the same time. As such, since one of my records, which became available and I paid already, should have been reserved, until the next one arrived to the shop and ready to be shipped. To my unpleasant surprise, I received today, July 11, 2024 that HHV have canceled the record that had become available already, claiming logistical issues! That is not acceptable, I had paid already, it was supposed to be reserved, and yet, they did not deliver! They offered a refund, but that is not acceptable. That record i had ordered is a collectible item which is now sold out everywhere, since I was relying on having it delivered by HHV.

It took two minutes for me to try on several options and decide to buy a pair. At barely €15, these were a good deal and I won't feel terrible if they go missing in six months. I also picked up two headbands (I can't think with hair in my face.) If there'd been time I would have inspected all of the clothing racks too. Sadly, there wasn't.
