The shoes were extremely popular and were sold out at all the major retailers. I was lucky to locate the Overkill Shop only a week before Christmas, who had the shoe in stock. They shipped via FedEx and they got here in time. Overkill Shop personnel were very good about promptly answering my email to check on the status of the order (in English, because unfortunately I speak no German).
