I had a list of handyman type services, he explained which he could do and which would require a licensed plumber etc. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly but not overly friendly/chatty. He explained which of the items on my list I could save some money and do myself like caulking the tub. He showed me how to tighten my faucet handles AND he fixed a leak in my toilet. He showed me where my water turn off was. I know, really basic homeowner stuff I didn't know. The prices were reasonable. He swindled us out of approx. 3,000 dollars of which we won a judgement against him and he still refuses to pay it back! DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY FOR SUPPLIES AS HE WILL NOT RETURN AND FIX ANYTHING, HOWEVER HE IS GOOD AT DESTROYING THINGS THATS FOR SURE! He ripped out the moisture barrier under our mobile home , removed tie downs and support blocks, he also created huge hole inside on panel walls and hung cabinets uneven. He sanded a new butcher block counter top against the grain, making it look like crap! He placed plywood instead of ceiling tiles ! He estimated costs for this was $1425, he charged us $6500 and barely spent 5 hours total on it! He drilled holes in main beams under mobilehome and placed bolts in them but no support! He demolished our decking and never rebuilt it! He makes excuses as to why he didn't make it to you! All around scammer as far as we are concerned!
