They never called me back. I watched every other patient in the waiting room get called back, the room emptied 3 times in the hour I was there. When the drug rep came in with Starbucks the door opened for her, no wait at all, of course. They had nothing to tell me when I asked about when I would get called back for my appointment. I had to leave after an hour so I could get to work. I posted a google review saying this, they called me a liar and billed me $80 for leaving. At no point did anyone reach out to personally speak with me, and they keep sending me bills. Do not waste your time with these people, they are not serious about providing medical care. There is no apology when they drop the ball. They just expect you to wait all day until they deign to call you back.

She came in to specifically get her bloodwork taken on this visit. She was seen right away and the clinician drew her blood quickly and painlessly. This location is only receiving 4 starts in my review because the location is not handicap accessible. My mom is in a wheelchair and this location did not have handicapped parking nearby, plus the front door and door into the clinic were not handicap accessible either. I did not take pictures inside to respect patient privacy.
