As a wedding coordinator, I'm always a little skeptical when working with new vendors because you never know what to expect in terms of professionalism, communication, and work ethic. Brandon exceeded every expectation. He was incredibly easy to work with, provided great direction during photos, and helped create a fun, relaxed atmosphere throughout the day. His sense of humor and lighthearted personality made the experience enjoyable for both the couple and the vendor team. From what I've seen on social media, his work is absolutely stunning, and I can't wait to see the full gallery from our event. I would confidently recommend Brandon to my clients and look forward to the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

Both Pauleen and Myro are incredibly talented and professional photographers. Pauleen helped make us feel entirely at ease in front of the camera with her directions and constantly hyping us up. On our wedding day, she knew all the best photo spots at our venue and was able to get us a wide variety of photos for our couple's portraits. Myro did a fantastic job getting photos of all our guests during the cocktail hour. We had several guests compliment how friendly he was and how many people he captured. In the background leading up to our wedding day, the True Photography team helped put a photography timeline that aligned with our wedding coordinator's timeline. This helped ensure we got all the photos needed included first looks, couple's portraits, family portraits, etc. No special moment was missed by the team throughout the wedding. From first looks to dancing at the end of the night, we the full story of our wedding day captured!

True team helped us create a thorough timeline while offering suggestions/clarification so we knew what to expect and see the vision! Alex, Sheryl, and Dillan were assigned as our wedding day True team! Alex kept us on track with getting important photos and staying within the timeline. Alex was clear on posing directions and had such a calm demeanor/communication style that helped me feel reassured. Sheryl was our second photographer who captured the best candids and fun moments (e.g. one of the groomsmen had his shirt off and I didn't know until we saw the photos! HAHA). Dillan was here, there, and everywhere to get the best angles for our first dance, games, and guest reactions. Looking at our photos, I'm floored with how beautiful they turned out! The wedding day came and went like a flash, but now we have sooo many photos to remind us of the happy and heartwarming moments from that day. Excited to see how the videos turn out! Highly recommend considering True Photography & Video!

They captured EVERYTHING, and somehow we still cry every single time we watch it. They were so friendly and warm from the beginning and made the whole experience fun. Everything felt really natural, and we never felt awkward in front of the camera. They also sent us little highlight teasers along the way, which I loved! They asked me what my vision was and if I had any ideas, but I honestly trusted them with it. I've watched so many of their videos, and every one feels different and personal to the couple. Ours really feels like us. They captured so many moments from the day, including little things we didn't even get to see ourselves. The final video was exactly what we wanted and even more. I truly cannot recommend them enough. Your wedding day goes by so fast, and having a video that brings you right back to those moments is something so special. After the ease of setting up day, time, and place, deposit and contract were sent. Everything was done electronically, making it convenient. The day of the session went well despite a little wind making hair placement difficult. Other than that, she arrived on time and accommodated our change of location requests. My only complaint is that she didn't take as many candid or playful shots of the kids or family as I expected. I also felt like we didn't get as much direction as to how to pose. She did advise us in what order to stand. I would have maybe liked a few seated poses as well. Overall, she was friendly and professional. She even took some photos with my old polaroid camera per my request. The finished work arrived quickly via a link through email with direction on how to download and select favorites. The images are beautiful and the turn out with final editing was fast, approximately 2 to 3 days. I am pleased with how everything went and how it turned out. The photos came in the exact time she quoted us but the edits look like pictures taken and edited off an iPhone. Not happy with them. I had to re-crop and edit majority of all photos as best I could as all the edits completely washed out our skin tone, the colors of the sky etc. I asked for the raws so I could just edit them myself from scratch and it's been 2 weeks and still haven't received them. Didn't remind us or inform to take phones/wallets out of pockets so those just look lovely in all our photos **sarcasm**. Book with someone else who knows what they're doing and takes their time on special memories like this. Updating my review! Got some of the raws back a day after making my review, which was nice of her to send as she said she didn't usually do so, but the quality of the photos look like they were taken on an iPhone..it was nice to see some of the photos that didn't come through as finals. Aside from how the photos came out, the one positive was that Anel was easy to communicate with and nice overall!!

I am deeply saddened by the outcome of the photos provided by this company. We were initially promised a specific photographer, 'Josh,' based on his recommended portfolio. However, only one week before our wedding, we were assigned 'Anel,' whose work we had never seen. On our wedding day, the level of professionalism and quality of work was unacceptable: Lack of direction: There was little to no guidance on posing or lighting. The photographer made comments like, 'What was that?' or 'What's that face?' instead of providing constructive direction. Poor Technical Execution: Many family photos feature heavy, unflattering shade cast across faces. Across the entire collection, there is only one usable, direct shot of my husband and me facing the camera. Absenteeism: During the cocktail hour, which we hired the photographer to cover, the photographer was found sitting in the dressing room instead of actively taking candid photos of our guests. I actually had to seek out the photographer to initiate coverage of the event. Frankly, the final delivered collection lacked the quality and professional execution we would expect from a paid vendor. It felt like paying a friend to snap photos, not a professional with an understanding of lighting and composition. A further point of concern: not a single photo from our wedding has ever been featured on the company's website or social media. We anticipated a high level of work based on the company's advertised portfolio, and what we received fell far short of that professional standard.
