I usually call in advance for an appt for my husband and myself, I called the day of the first time we went and they were able to get us in. We did the combo massage, back and feet. The second time I called a few days in advance, they never took my name or anything. We showed up and they seemed a bit surprised, but we expected it. They still got us in right away. One of the rooms can have both of us in it- like a couples massage. They have been professional each time, they don't walk out to take phone calls and such like some of the other places. Pressure is good. I prefer a pretty deep massage and they deliver. You can add things on to your massage, we haven't done that yet but I may try the cupping next time. The rooms are clean and then always seem to have two people working. They do have an extra charge for credit cards, if you can swing cash you will save 3 bucks per massage.

I feel blessed to have found out about her through Groupon, but she is definitely well worth paying full fare, and I'm happy to "put her on the map" for the discerning Yelp community. A good therapeutic massage can allay stress, ease sore muscles, relieve tension, help heal injuries of the body, heart, and soul, can help you through the grieving process, and sometimes, do all that AND leave you feeling like an almost-new person. And that's how good Katrina is. She's warm and caring and made me feel comfortable right away. Her intake form is just one page that covers all the important issues, unlike many that make you feel like you're being prepped for major surgery, and take longer than the massage will! The unlabeled door leads back to the other offices, so you can knock on it if there isn't anyone at the desk. The icy cold bottled water you leave with to help detoxify was the perfect tonic on a scorching-hot Kansas City afternoon, and helped ease the shock from the waves of heat that blasted from my car when I opened the door. I booked an appointment for 1:30pm and started to get ready to leave. At 1:06 I was getting ready to leave when they had called me and I was not able to answer because I was getting ready to leave. I arrive for my appointment at the scheduled time to find a locked door. I called the number back and she answered saying she tried to call and email but it was my fault I was not able to be contacted. I check my email and she emailed me saying she had another appointment and I needed to pick a different time. Not sure what the point of "booking" is if it is not a reserved time. Hate to leave bad reviews of places I have never been to before but seems some work on the website is in order if booking does not reserve your time. Probably going to find somewhere else to go next time.
