History

Established in 2012.

Sou de família italiana e, desde que me conheço por gente, minhas memórias estão muito ligadas à comida. Foi com cerca de oito anos que comecei a juntar meus livrinhos de receitas e a fazer bolinhos e biscoitos para presentear as pessoas queridas. Desde então eu não sei do que gosto mais: preparar as guloseimas ou ver a expressão de felicidade que surge no rosto de quem as recebe. Como sempre fui curiosa, conforme a paixão foi crescendo, surgiu a vontade de me aprofundar. Fiz cursos no Brasil, Argentina, Itália e França, que me deram oportunidade de conhecer mais sobre o assunto e aprender técnicas novas, ainda não muito difundidas por aqui. Acredito que para fazer coisas gostosas não há segredo: basta combinar ingredientes naturais, da melhor qualidade, com atenção e carinho a cada passo do preparo. E é isto que eu faço, sempre.

So, I went back the next day to have lunch. I had a ham and cheese panini sandwich and my girl had some kind of savory tort with chicken inside. It is definitely worth the stop!
