The location was convenient to anyone in Memphis, from Midtown to Collierville. And our out-of-town attendees loved seeing this park. The room looks out on Hyde Lake and even opens up to a small deck. This option was perfect for sunset photos as well as all of the youngsters who wanted to explore the shoreline. It was both upscale and very comfortable. Our contact, Kate, walked me through the options and process. She answered all my questions - several times I'm sure! The whole team was a dream to work with. I like that they had narrowed the caterering and other vendor options down to a smaller list of reliable and quality companies! I highly recommend you check out this venue for your party or wedding. It was fantastic!

Every time I go in, I am shocked by the various layout & decorating themes which make each event special to your needs. Catering & rental was quite affordable for 400 guests. I like champagne style on a beer budget, so this venue was right up my alley in comparison to similar venue pricing. The managerial staff is a staple in the community and can direct you to the most accommodating support staff if needed. I would definitely recommend this venue.

I needed a facility that would be large enough to hold about 30-35 vendors, 300 brides, have a stage and a runway for a wedding gown fashion. From the outside the building looks like a large brick warehouse, but on the inside, it was a diamond in the rough. Huge entrance, generous restrooms, an upstairs large preparation area for the bride and the groom, with separate staircases for them both to come down from, and the ballroom was huge. The large stage was elevated and I could very easily see a fantastic event taking place. I think this is the best kept secret in Memphis for wedding venues. I was told that I could come and clean up at 0800 the next morning, that changed, the owner said the night of the event "i would never tell anyone that", I was told I could get dressed at the venue after decorating, since we only had 2 hours from decorate to start time, the dressing room door was locked the whole time we were there. I had to drive 20 minutes back to home to get ready and arrived at my event later than planned, I was told we could use the pool area, so I bought table cloths and decorated the pool area tables, and then, the light was turned off during my event so people would not go outside and would not want to in the dark. I was told the bartender would be included, luckily I had the text that I showed the owner because that was forgotten as well. The bartender was not rude, but was very dry in attitude like he didn't want to be there.... Never met a bartender that didn't have a great personality. Isn't that how you make tips?? Overall, good space, the customer service is lacking.
