I was on the way to my appointment and was running about ten minutes late. I called them on the way to confirm if this would be OK. They told me it would be fine, and that i should come over. When I got there, the people I interacted with at the front had the worst attitudes I've ever seen from a salon. They were argumentative, hostile, and condescending all at the same time. I was told that I could come back in an hour and a half, and that they don't care what I was told on the phone. I left because I did not feel comfortable giving this place my money and I could literally hear them saying all sorts of things about me before I left. It's disgusting. What a horrible experience. I recommend anyone who reads this to read the other low star reviews they seem to be the actual reality of what this place is like. I'm glad I didn't spend money here and they wasted $20 to have me come out there and go back!
