Worst attorney in Western New York. Wasted 7 months of stringing me along - pretended to be working on my case and never did a single thing. Never answered the phone at all. Every email was a short, curt excuse as to why she was too busy to talk to me. Charged me $750 - never sent the letter to the other attorney although she gathered the information from me three times to do so between September and January. I fired her and she only returned $500 - so for $250 I got absolutely nothing - not even the detailed invoice I requested of what she supposedly did on my behalf for my case. This attorney is as incompetent as they come. I am in awe that someone like this can even be an attorney. Then again this is niagara county. Home of the corrupt and incompetent. She does not know the law and will remind u of how u are not an attorney and that you don't know better but u don't have to be an attorney to know the law. Undoubtedly this was to stroke her own ego to make her feel like she is important. Connie , does not know how to communicate with her clients or even do her job no matter how simple the task is. I had a matter that was straight forward and this clown did not represent my interest despite knowing my position and therefore having to come to an agreement without any acual due diligence of the opposition. This matter would of been open and shut for any other attorney but this is the conflict office / PD we are dealing with so it's basically the island of misfit toys but the attorney version. I personally think this attorney was negligent in the handling of my father's estate. She had taken calls as to my concerns regarding my father's estate, never returned them, and when I called her back, did not remember that I had called her, despite the depth of my concern on first contact with her. And since that call. months ago, have not received a return call. It seems to me, she is an attorney that will do what is required, but not what should be done. read more

I am completely disappointed and appalled by the treatment I received from Mrs. Lonizsky. I never had any legal representation in which there was no actual conversation of what was going on. She didn't even bother to gain any information from me. Nor did it seem she had any desire to gain all the facts. I would not ever recommend her services to anybody. read more
