BEST PART We first contacted Kurt at Customer Magnetism…read morebecause after discussions with other companies in our industry in non-competitive markets we received feedback that their internet marketing was producing as much as three times the amount of leads that we were getting with our current SEO program. A free analysis of our current situation revealed what we thought was a huge loss of opportunity in this area. After talking to a few of their clients, which gave us very positive feedback about Customer Magnetism we decided to put our trust in them and made a switch from our current SEO services. Almost immediately we saw an increase in our results after making the switch. We also had an outdated website and we worked with Kurt & his team to design a new website. We were included in all aspects along the way and they welcomed our input so that the end result produced a new website that not only did they feel would increase our lead generation but that we also came away with what we thought was a great design for representing our company. Our peers have commented many times that our website is one of the best they have ever seen in the industry. But most important the leads and revenue from our internet advertising program almost doubled and the cost dropped dramatically. If you have these type issues with your current SEO provider we would strongly suggest you contact Customer Magnetism. WORST PART It would not be a fair statement to use the words "Worst Part", but all companies have room for improvement so I would say it would serve us both better if they had a stronger understanding of our particular industry, although we should have done a better job of educating them also. OVERALL FEEDBACK You would find Customer Magnetism very easy to work with because of their fantastic staff and quick their response when you want to speak with them or have any questions about your program. Sitting down with them designing our new website page by page formed a great working relationship and their attention to every detail was fantastic. If you have any second thoughts about your current SEO results I would not hesitate to contact them for a sit down.
