So there was a promotion in may for trade any qualifying phone in and receive 1000.00 towards a new…read moresamsung s22 of your choice. ok so I had a note 9 that qualified for the promotion. so i traded my note 9 in on an s22 ultra. i should have only had to pay 200.00 for it after the 1000.00. the cost of the phone was 1199.00. my husband had no trade in. so he got the s21 that was supposed to be free with a new line. ok so we did both. and let me tell you how much info and stuff i lost because Trevor, the manager, wouldn't let the transfer finish because he was in a bigg ass hurry. so my bill shows a buy 1 get 1 free. wait a minute, I never did a b1g1. if i was gonna do a b1g1 i sure wouldn't pick the cheapest and already free phone for my free phone. i would have gotten 2 s22's. So now, not only am I paying full price on the s22 ultra, I'm somehow getting the same free s21 free again, and they say I traded in my note 9 on the free s21 phone. so I should have 2 free phones, but I don't. now if that ain't a rip off and scam I don't know what is. but I signed the right contract. and how convenient that nobody can find these signed documents that I signed at the Vernal, ut office with Trevor and Kelly. and they said oh if you have problems come talk to us. it's the end of August and I have been complaining about this since I got my first bill and noticed the promotion was completely wrong. I called them, they never answer their phone, and went in to talk to them in Vernal numerous times. the issue never gets fixed. so I'm thinking that the Vernal office is the scammers. oh and then let me tell y'all how rude they were to my son when I took him in to sign up for service. they made fun of his names, and said what kind of parent gives their kid 4 names. well this parent does. very uncalled for to do to a future customer. I should have walked out instead of letting my son sign up for their service.

I was blown away that a pharmacy employee didn't have a mask on. Is all of this a reflection of poor management or just reflective on the local thought process? I'm just warning anybody who might not want to take the risk of walking in this place if they don't want to get breathed on by maskless employees.

So I paid full price to have one messed up, completely unrecognizable picture out of it. It would have been nice if I had been made aware or something, they had my phone number and email. Also I have noticed that they are closing earlier and earlier these days. Maybe if Walgreen paid people a living wage, they wouldn't struggle with the skeleton crew they have running this place.

The last photo is the beautiful arrangement they delivered today. I truly appreciate it! Updated Review: I initially gave a 5-star review, but changed it to 2 stars. I'm very disappointed with the arrangement I paid for vs what was delivered to my mother. The first photo is what was delivered and the second photo is what I paid for (the deluxe version). I understand substitutions need to be made sometimes, but this is unacceptable. I reached out to customer service (via email) about the issue and haven't received a response. I will not use Vernal Floral in the future. Previous Review: I had flowers sent to my grandma for mother's day. I've never used Vernal Floral before, but decided to give the local company a try (and I'm glad I did). The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. They even called her before hand to make sure she was home when they delivered them. I will definitely use Vernal Floral again in the future.

I have been using Valley Home Medical for 3 years now. I have COPD so I need oxygen therapy. I have…read morean oxygen concentrator at home and I use portable oxygen bottles as well. Every time I need to get bottles refilled the staff is always very cordial and attentive, especially Courtney. Well this morning on a Saturday I woke up short of breath and realized my concentrator had stopped working properly. I called the Rototech number, explained my predicament and within a couple of hours Courtney delivered a new concentrator to me and I live close to 30 miles outside of Vernal north of Lapoint. I felt bad that she had to deal with me on a Saturday but she was awesome. They are great people and they care about their customers/patients.
