I was putting together items to turn my son's old skateboard deck into a lamp so I headed to Lowe's. I had the idea in my head but I was sketchy with the details. I wasn't in the store for 45 seconds when a guy asked me if I needed help. I explained what I was planning and he got excited. He led me from department to department showing me all my options. By the time I walked out of the store I was confident I was on the right path. The store has everything I needed plus great customer service. I just wish the prices were a little lower. read more

Horrible experience today. Tried to buy a Dewalt drill and everything was locked up. Tracked an employee down and she called someone who never showed up. Found someone else finally, they didn't see it on the shelf, and didn't bother to check anywhere else. He just disappeared. We left. We aren't going back. Terrible customer support. read more

Russellville Lowe's continues to place items on clearance, advertise the price and availability online (chicken wire, normally $42 NOW $11, with 33 rolls in stock) so I send my folks to go get ten rolls... employees there are CLUELESS where this material is... can't find it can't find it... "it wasn't selling so we sent it all on a pallet to another store"... huge waste of time and effort. And it's illegal, unethical, and it's fraud. Worst of all, after wasting time and energy and getting assistance from several employees, we leave empty handed- AND THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING THE PRODUCT!!! read more

I bought an Oklahoma Joe pellet grill to be assembled. Pick it up, brought home, and not everything was in it. I called lowes, and they told me they made a mistake and I was given the floor model, and that grill will not work, and my grill was in the garden center, and I'm to bring back their grill in exchange for my grill; I said well because it was the lowes fault why not load up my grill and bring it to me and we would exchange being it was not my error Lowes said it was not their policy to fix this error and bring my grill in exchange for theirs. Was on hold a total of over 1 1/2 hours. I kept getting disconnected. I was calling about wet insulation bundles I had bought! Finally the 7th time calling we ask for the corporate office number and they gave us the wrong number. Asked for the managers name and they hung up on us. This is unacceptable. read more

I bought a new $600.00 ao Smith hot water heater last Saturday. Had it professionally installed. It doesn't work. They gave me the run around until Monday afternoon then said that I should have brought it back within 48 hours. Now I'm stuck with it. The manager was unfriendly and not helpful. read more

We went in to buy 2 boards we needed 1x6x8. They only had 2 there and one was cracked so we went to the cashier on the contractor side because she was the only one we could see. She said I don't know. Then walks off and stands there flirting with the 2 boys that just came back inside from loading a truck. I just kept standing there and she would look my way but never did attempt to help us. Finally we just paid extra for a 1x6x12 and cut it at home. She even rang us out and never even said anything about the boards we asked for. Seriously could you get someone that knows something about lumber to work the lumber area. read more

Getting a military discount has been impossible so far. I sent in my DD-214 and since it is rather old now it wasn't clear enough to satisfy who ever looked at it and would not pass my document. We found everything we needed as associates were very scarce. The store was a mess. It looked like old packaging, trash, and split/up and broken lumber had not been cleaned up in a month. You can tell old dirt from new and this was definitely old dirt and trash. We needed to cut a 2 X 12 Board that was 12 ft. long so it would fit in our truck but their cutter was not allowed to cut anything over 1 inch thick. We had to buy a saw, cut our own board, load it on the cart and load it on the truck with no offers of help with any of this. This was the worst Lowe's experience we have ever had. This location could use a manager who cares about the business. The stores in Paragould Arkansas, Mt. Home and Harrison have always been great. Please get this problem remedied before this store goes under. read more

Made a 1000.00 order online got confirmation the day before I went to pick it up. Was told at the service desk to go to garden center to get my order I went to garden center and was told to go back to service desk. Finally got someone to look up my order and it wasn't ready. And They didn't have some of it.Took Me an hour to pick up an online order. GREAT JOB. Went somewhere else to get missing pieces and they (ace) had all I needed loaded up and out the door no time at all,guess where I will be going for now on. read more

This Lowe's has terrible customer service. We have had several issues from them. First we ordered a washer and dryer. When it came in and we picked it up, we realized the washer and dryer were not the ones we ordered. The associate ordered the wrong product. We had to wait another week until our's came in. We have now ordered a fridge. Well they said it would be in within a week because it was at the distribution center. I call to check on it and they inform me that it will now be a week and a half longer on the fridge. Keep in mind I had to call to get the update on my product. So my husband speaks to them and they say that they say it comes into the store they will deliver it the next day because of inconvenience. We have been living out of ice chests because we moved and the fridge was supposed to be in sooner. So we are waiting and waiting. My husband calls Saturday to check in. Well the fridge arrived Thursday. At this point we are so irritated with their service. We speak to the manager and they say that will be delivered first thing in the morning( which is today). They start delivering at 8 am. It is now 1:20. Nothing. We have called several times and the manager says sorry they have 11 deliveries they have to load. They started loading at 8 am. I called at 11:30. The manager says they are still loading. I call again at 12:15. He says that they are about to leave now and they are loading their last load. Finally they call my husband at about 12:40 and say they are on their way. It has now been 40 minutes and still not here. We live about 20 minutes away from Lowe's at the most. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Make the drive to Conway and use Home Depot. We have never had an issue with their service and the managers don't lie to you about the status of your delivery. Update. They finally showed up at 1:30 and could barely back the truck up. My husband told them how to back into the drive way and they ignored him. They almost went off into the ditch. read more

Ordered storm doors to be installed on March 1st, paid over $900 for the doors and install and the install was done wrong. They said it could be another month or 2 before it is fixed. At $900 I could have hired any contractor in the truck county area to come install the doors and been done in 2 weeks. Damn sure not 4+ months which is 3 months 3 weeks more than was guaranteed. read more

The employees at this location are very hard to find when you need assistance and not very helpful even when you do. Management is worse. I had an online order from this store that had multiple issues and I was made to do all the legwork tracking it down because the management here would not be bothered about it. Was also promised a $100 discount that was never delivered. I have had to go above their heads to get things fixed. I highly recommend avoiding this store. read more

Every time I'm in there, I'm on my own trying to find what I need. There are associates there, but they don't offer any kind of help. The last time I was there, I needed a particular piece of wood but the guy would get it off the top rack because he said he wouldn't get it don't cuz they didn't have room on the bottom for it. I hate that store but it's the only home improvement store close by :( read more
