Fairly new home improvement store! This place is very clean and it has a great variety of things! The garden area is well maintained! This area is very safe and lighted. Great location in center of town! Sales people are polite and helpful!

Stevenson's Appliances - Incorrectly installed, the door won't even stay open without holding it.

The bottom is completely caved in on a section of it. I've reached out to Bobby, he is placing the blame on the builder for signing off on it. The multiple dents, the incredibly poor installation of the microwave says otherwise as that microwave was damaged pre installation and the microwave appears to have been installed by an 8 year old. He was supposed to get back to me several months ago, now he will not take the call I made and hasn't responded back to my emails asking about the follow up. He just doesn't respond back. Buyer beware with this company. After already purchasing these appliances, I am going to have to repurchase a new fridge, microwave and pay for the install after we've already paid for said items. Total joke. I'm looking into a legal action after contacting the BBB.

Stevenson's Appliances - Hard to tell in images but there are two larger dents, serious scratches and even a little rust in one area.

It amazes me that a store this big doesn't have what I need. Not only that, it's nearly impossible…read moreto get help because the employees seem to scatter like cockroaches the moment you walk towards them. Yep, that's right, you see an employee and as soon as you turn to ask for help, BAM, they're gone. Just like that. We ended up going to three hardware stores in quick succession and this was the second stop. I kind of always thought that the big hardware stores were pretty much equivalent, but today I noticed some distinct differences. This one definitely seemed less organized than the others and the layout was inconvenient. We ended up walking all over the store just to find the two items on my list - spray paint and caulk. The checkout lanes were on the other end of the store and then most were self-checkout at that. Maybe I'm a little old-fashioned or something, but it's kind of nice to be able to deal with a real person. It was raining when we got there and we had to park on one side of the store then exit on the other side of the store. Since there wasn't any kind of overhang connecting the entrance and exit, we ended up going back inside and walking all the way back to the other side to exit. Overall, it was just a really inconvenient trip!!!

Had to ask customer service again to call and finally got someone, not because they came to help but because I had to go find someone myself. I asked for the manager and didn't even get one, they said they are in a meeting. Apparently too busy to deal with a customer. Horrible experience.

November 10, 2015 We, Ted and Martha Carlisle bought the…read morefurniture in questions 6 months ago. It's just my husband and I in the household. The damaged chair is by the window and has only been used 3 times. I proceeded to use it myself and it felt unstable, I had to get up fast to prevent the fall. I called Conn's customer service to complain about the chair and I was told to tighten the screws, I was very angry, I just bought this I explained. The customer service representative said that I needed to do maintenance on it. That was absurd but I had to give her the benefit of the doubt. My husband tightened all the screws and still the dinning chair was unstable. We did further inspection of the chair and there is a crack on the wood under one of the corners. I'm disappointed at the POOR quality, assembly and customer service. I folled the channels by calling customer service, service and repair, insurance adjuster and finally brought the 4 faulty chairs to the store. The manager "MICHAEL" was very condensing imagine, I'm a return customer my husband and I have spent over $7000 dollars in the store and still have a current account with the balance of $1500. Micheal refused to call his supervisor or anyone that could help me with this issue. He pointed at the sign with customer service phone number, the same one I make payments to. So, I had no choice but to call. My pleas were useless. I was told that I should have done better research and that "if the chairs don't work for me, {obese person}, then I should have not bought them. I proceed to tell her that it's not like I bought them online without seeing them and sitting on them. I went directly to there store and showroom. I really wanted to be civil about this. As I was talking to customer service in the store, the manager made my atmosphere a living hell. He had an employee vacuum floors around me, turn up the music and test the surround sound, thankfully there wasn't anyone at the store but my father-in-law, brother-in-law and nephew. I had no choice but to write to channel 2 on your side, BBB, FTC, Attorney General, Federal Reserve and to the CEO of Conn's in Texas. I want this resolved. I would like to exchange dinning chairs, or credit on the account where I'm still making payments on. Delivered to my house at no extra charge, due to the inconvenience and since I had already paid for delivery. I want to be able to say that I am a completely satisfied customer to the superlative degree in a TIMELY MANNER. But after is fiasco, I will never shop there again and I will make sure everyone knows it. Dissatisfied Customers, T& M Carlisle
