I have also interviewed and had meetings with several in the Canton / Alpharetta Georgia area. I can easily tell which attorneys have a line of 'BS" vs those who are honest, willing to help and offer solid advice. Without a doubt Ms Sara White is a true rare find. She and her office replied almost immediately to our requests. It was followed up with reminder emails. Once my wife and I met Ms White in person it was a good meeting taking care of some estate legal matters. Everything was well organized and the meet went flawlessly. She also took the time to look at a document that was deficient in a writing several years prior. Immediately we had her redo the important documents and set up an additional meeting. Without a doubt.. you do your homework , but do not be fooled by these high cost estate attorneys who want a crazy amount of money for the services and almost scare one into what they are selling. For us we did our homework. Some would not even discuss the fairly new 'Transfer of Death Deeds" and were they even knowledgeable about it, probably because it did not bring them thousands of dollars into the law firms business. We "highly" recommend Ms White for her honest services at a reasonable price! We assure you we have tried others but they dont come close to what she offers her clients. A breath of fresh air with our estate needs. We have already passed . on her information to our adult kids and sports partner players.

I would never recommend this law firm to anyone. When you hire an attorney, they are supposed to…read morework for "you" - that is not the case here. Met does not listen; does not do as you ask (asked over a dozen times for estate financials - never received them; asked for him to inquire about my children's inheritance (well over a dozen times) from the attorney that wrote my mom's Will - he never did - and my children forfeited their inheritance; Met does not remember your case from one meeting to the next - which is extremely costly to the client; Met doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner nor does his staff give him messages. If Met doesn't think something is important (ex: one survey over laps another survey) - he just flat brushes the whole conversation off no matter how much you try to show him the importance. Now for his staff! I paid Met over $30,000 for Leslie to breach client confidentiality; to drop the F bomb 4 times on the phone while talking to the head of Hospice; to lose Hospice records on the receptionist desk for 9 days (then ask me how that damaged me); to tell me to shut the Fuc! up; to constantly put me on indefinite hold when I called the office and to treat me like crap. I also had the pleasure of having a phone call from Met's wife telling me that I said a cuss word in front of her child while Met was talking to me on speaker phone - SERIOUSLY! Some confidentiality! She also said I should be proud - we beat Tysinger & Vance - no we did not - we settled! 2 1/2 months after we settled - the "survey" that overlapped - the one Met blew off - was a serious problem and I could not sell the property. I've attached the text message of Met's response to the situation - remember I've already paid over $30k and still do not have my property to sell. But thanks to the closing attorney and Tysinger & Vance - they fixed what Met left "unfixed" and walked away from. I've also attached a copy of my files I received from Met's office - thrown in a garbage bag, with office garbage. There are a lot better law firms out there that will actually listen to you, respect you and finish the job. Leaving me hanging at the end and asking for another retainer is wrong! Also, if you plan on using this firm, be sure to check your bills! July 2022 I was double billed and at the end - they attempted to start charging me for the assistant answering the phone, reading medical records (which Met had asked me to do and I did) and making copies @ $50/hr - when I questioned it, Leslie said it was "in the contract I signed". I never signed a contract! I guess they figured being sued for my inheritance wasn't enough stress, so they needed to add a little more. BTW it took 15 months to get to court and I was paying ALL the estate bills out of my personal account because Met said I was a co-executor - it was my duty. No estate bills were recovered, no attorney fees were recovered, my children lost their inheritance - but in this law firms eyes - we won!

PAY ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF ELAINE LEVINE TO SAVE YOURSELF ANGUISH, TIME AND MONEY…read more Please take the time to read this to save yourself from needing to pay again for a different attorney. As a doctor speaking, I rarely give negative reviews to other professionals. In researching an attorney to prepare our wills and trusts, I did read the one negative review for this attorney prior to hiring her and brushed it over. It ended up being a perfect synopsis of our time with Elaine. (Most positive reviews for this firm are for her partner, whom we never met). Let me explain our circumstances. We hired Elaine Levine to prepare trusts and wills for out family. Initially, Elaine was courteous and did exactly what she said she would do. She was friendly, supportive and very easy to reach. She responded well to our numerous questions in a timely and efficient/effective manner. UNTIL she wasn't present for the final signing and we were rushed through the process. Witnesses were present and signed each document PRIOR to any reviews or signatures on our part as they were "in a hurry". We raised objections but they were quickly dismissed. We asked for detailed explainations of each document we were signing and felt very rushed. The final wills were never presented for review. We were told by the person filling in (?who she was, she introduced herself once but we never got a clear understanding, ? think she was some kind of assistant) near the conclusion of the meeting that she was in a hurry and needed to go to pick up her kids! Elaine was sick, but had been sick over a week. The practice clearly had time to notify us to reschedule. All for naught; we wasted $3,500 on USELESS wills and trusts that need to be redone by a special needs attorney for our son's special needs trust. Elaine was very well aware that we needed a special needs trust from the beginning and she (copiously) informed us she was NOT a special needs attorney. However, we had no idea of the implications of this (special needs attorney should always be seen FIRST to avoid wasting your time and money). We felt abandoned after our final meeting and then the relationship with Elaine turned hostile when we confronted her with the situation regarding her having to have KNOWN that the special needs trusts need to be done FIRST. Despite our reaching out regarding changes of beneficiaries not going througg and a request to review a brief 2 paragraph letter to family explaining what the documents were, we were rudely rebuffed by Elaine that her services had been concluded. The percentages of distribution to our non-special needs children in the conduit trust was INCORRECT. When we tried to rectify this, we were told in no uncertain terms that our relationship was now "concluded" (ie, payment had been received, I assume) - leaving us with INCORRECT, useless documents. Would definately NOT RECOMMEND Elaine Levine!!!! I should add that a while after everything was completed (we thought), an associate in her office reviewed our file and reached out to say a part of the paperwork was never received. This paperwork was mailed to us and when I called back for further instructions, Elaine got one the phone and was exceptionally rude, stating that since she read my review on line and knew how I felt about her, she wouldn't be helping us any longer and that we could just keep the unsigned paperwork her office sent. She made it clear that she had NO INTENTION of completing our file. She made sure all communication thereafter was terminated. HORRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!!! What a waste of time and money!!!! Sickening.

He is located in downtown Newnan, across from the courthouse and above Leaf and Bean. My parents had wills drawn up a few years ago through a neighboring firm instead of a trust, so when my mother suddenly passed in 2024, I wanted to ensure that the remaining estate was placed in a trust for reassurance and ease of handling for when the inevitable time comes when my father passes. Joshua was one of several estate attorneys I connected with, and through his friendliness, availability and approachability, I selected him to assist and I am very happy with that decision. Joshua, and his assistant Ms. Penny are absolutely wonderful to work with. Joshua has provided invaluable guidance and direction for me and my dad, while Ms. Penny follows up and checks in along the way. Our property in GA was taken care of, and Joshua got us connected with an Attorney in FL to help with properties there. The process was smooth and stress free. Joshua's pricing is industry standard...and honestly worth it. Overall, I am very thankful for Joshua and Ms. Penny. I cannot recommend them more!
