She was at hers wits end, when a friend told us to call attorney Fennell. There is no other lawyer better equipped in the entire Cherokee County and surrounding areas, than attorney Fennell. Of course that is our opinion, but my sister had been through 3 attorneys and was about to lose her children to someone who had successfully alienated her children from her. Attorney Fennell called in experts, she demanded evidence, she immediately requested from the court, a guardian and counseling for the children as well. The attorneys prior to attorney Fennell could not hold a candle to her and the opposing counsel stammered through the case in front of the Judge, all the while attorney Fennell rattled off point after point, law after law, and laid the case out for the judge in such a systematic manner, it was amazing. And the staff, from front office, through legal, to financial could not have been more kind yet professional throughout the entire process, always offering support, information, and grace. We won!!! My sister got full custody of her babies and the opposing party was ordered to pay most of the legal fees accrued by my sister because they caused all the unnecessary delays, court time, and expenses with their falsehoods.
