Unbelievable…read more.. Asked if they served milkshakes. The young girl turned to a colleague with a look of confusion on her face... once established what a milkshake actually was and confirmation that they served them we ordered a chocolate thickshake. My partner and i watched in shock as she grabbed a large plastic jug (god knows what liquids have previously been floating in it). It was stained and scratched. She then scooped two scoops of gelato icecream into the disgusting jug,poured some milk in and grabbed an ELECTRIC POTATO MASHER and began to "blend". I cringed as i heard it scraping up and down in the plastic jug. Grose. She then proceeded to pour the contents into a REGULAR SIZE TAKE AWAY COFFEE CUP... it gets better.... Placed the coffee sippy coffee lid ontop and jammed a popper size straw through the small slip. I was then presented this mess and was charged $10.50. $10.50???! I thought i was on a candid camera show! When i asked how they could justify $10.50 for this "thickshake" the manager argued the point that they charged $6.50 with an extra scoop of gelato ($4). Who the hell makes a milkshake with gelato, plastic jug, potato masher and takeaway coffee cups?? A scene was made and we refused to pay. Never ever going back there and neither will anyone i tell this story to.

Very bad customer service at Wollongong Subway in Central shopping centre. Two young ones working…read morearound 10:30. I was sitting near the store and the shop was open and there was no one out the front, several customers came throughout the morning I was there and they had to wait for someone to come out the front of the shop and serve them. Then I went up and ordered the young guy was nice enough but the young ranga girl who wore way to much makeup and presented herself badly was very very rude. She done my salad for me and instead asking politely like workers should do all she said was "sooooooo salad" with a bit of an attitude. She was talking to the male worker the whole time while I was being served, she had her back to me and was talking to the guy about her fake tan and other things that are not appropriate in the workplace. She also swore a couple of times whilst talking to her co worker. All in all very upset with the customer service, that ranga girl was a bloody disgrace. Something needs to be done asap. Won't be eating there again.
