Perfect size, good portions, and nicely crisp tacos with tender meat. I would certainly come back just for those. My only issue with them is how expensive the plate cost. It was about $4.50 each taco AT a food truck. Felt just blasphemous. Maybe that's to cover costs of choosing an ambiance like Northgate- if so, I hope they pic another location and reconsider these highly priced plates.

The flavor in the steak is unparalleled and the texture is very crispy! I haven't explored the other menu options but I can't imagine there's anything more glorious than the Taco Plate with steak (haha). The best time to go is probably around 1 pm when everyone is still in class so you miss the lunch "rush hour" (~10 min waiting time). If you go right at 12 pm, expect a 20-minute waiting time minimum! I will say it's a tad pricy (~$11 including tax) but you can use your dining dollars and it's a nice treat, especially after doing well on a test :). Additionally, the food is a little oily so make sure you're not wearing a suit or nice clothes, although they do have napkins. Lastly, there are usually plenty of seats in the quad area surrounding Zach. It can get hot in the summer, especially at noon, so be sure to bring a hat! Personally, my favorite time to go is in the Fall when the temperature drops and the breeze picks up: it's very wholesome sitting on the quad while a light zephyr keeps you company as you contemplate the meaning of life.

She complained to every person who ordered, so when you stood in line for 30 minutes, you got to hear it PLENTY of times. Really ruined the vibe. When we finally got our food (wait was long, but we are used to that with food trucks), I was seriously disappointed that instead of the beef I asked for in my nachos, I was given ground turkey. Not cool. That is something you definitely can't switch out and hope people don't notice. The nachos ended up having absolutely no flavor. Tacos were also very greasy. I want to try the other places that weren't open. It's a super kid friendly place and even dog friendly! There's a large variety of beverages including wine and beer and ice tea, etc. there were only 3 trucks open whenever we went which were Thai, tacos And BBQ. They have a stage for live music and are looking for musicians to play. They have two large televisions to watch sports. There's also several large handmade games like connect 4, corn hole, etc. Beware that apparently their hours vary but thankfully they were open whenever we went. It was fun being able to try all 3 of the food trucks and sample everything. Their one main problem to me are the flies so not sure how they can try to get rid of those. We might bring our bug zapper next time hahaha- that was the most annoying thing about eating here. Also, you can watch the train pass because of its location which kids enjoy.
