Furniture quality is above Ethan Allan but cheaper - quality is way above Ashley Furniture stuff ( which is fine but doesn't hold up over time). This business is honest in every way, transparent and easy to buy from. Dhona my sales person has been there for 30 years and was just wonderful. This place is full of knowledgeable people running a business together. I wouldn't hesitate to send someone here to buy furniture. If you want quality, serviced by real people, and to deal with a company that doesn't feel like they are ripping you off - find your way here. Good find on Yelp!

My wife and I landed in Bob's shortly after they opened this new location. We were looking for a specific color leather sofa and love seat set. We had checked all of the other stores such as Colfax, Ashley, and a few of the other off brand stores. We came into Bob's and there it was. The prices are average and I wouldn't say they are more or less expensive compared to other stores. We are in the process of remodeling a newly purchased home. We opted for the 90 days same as cash financing option via Acima. We choose this option just in case we ran into some unexpected issues with our remodel. Like most, we operate under a budget. We worked directly with the in store Acima rep Cindy. We explained our situation and gave them an approximate date that we would be able to pick up. Fast forward..we never got a call before/on the estimated pick up date to inform us that the furniture was in. We instead got MULTIPLE calls that the furniture needed to be picked up immediately or it was being sent back. By multiple I mean close to 10 or more. Our remodel is taking longer than expected. After all, we were told they just needed an approximate date. We EXPLAINED our situation EACH time they called. We spoke with multiple different managers, salespeople, Acima reps, etc. After getting a rather nasty voicemail from the Acima rep Cindy, we called them back AGAIN. Maria answered the phone. We EXPLAINED our situation yet again. I'll admit that I wasn't exactly friendly after she informed me that the furniture was showing as "picked up". This means they start charging us for items we DON'T HAVE. I was frustrated yet professional until she HUNG UP on me when I began asking questions that she couldn't answer. When I call back she sends me to voicemail. The next call Cindy answers. At this point I just wanted to cancel the order and lease all together. This still has not been done. I will update this review after a resolution but I would probably shop elsewhere, especially if you're interested in a financing option.

First it is a $200 delivery charge which is incredibly more expensive than other furniture stores. We paid $50 for delivery at Bowen Town & Country when we last ordered a bedroom set. The delivery team did not fully unwrap the handles which was infuriating as I paid a hefty fee to be pulling the bubble wrap off myself. As I walked outside I could see why they were in such a hurry as my mailbox was leaning and the wood was cracked. I reviewed what happened and the drivers had hit the mailbox on the way inside, tried to fix it but couldn't, came on in to drop off my furniture, then high tail it out without ever saying anything! I called customer service which was the greatest help...they offered me a $200 Havertys gift card. Last I checked I couldn't buy a damn mailbox at Havertys and I'm also not sure that would even cover the cost. At a minimum I felt like I should have been refunded the cost of delivery and be reimbursed for a new mailbox. I know that I am upset at the moment but I have a hard time believing that I will be able to step foot inside a Havertys again, I just do not have confidence that they will take good care of me.
