My husband and I had the WORST possible experience with furniture studio, specifically with Adam…read moreand delivery team. Terrible management. Long story short, we purchased almost $8000 !!! worth of furniture for a home we just purchased and everything in store went smoothly leading up to delivery. About a week and a half after purchasing, everything was delivered-- first piece was our dining set. Beautiful, no complaints. Later that week they delivered our bedroom set and breakfast nook and that's where it took a turn. Everything was brand new in box not furniture off the floor. Bedroom set got unboxed and set up and in the process of getting boxes upstairs to master bedroom, their delivery team damaged an insane amount of walls and were so careless. They were so careless that my front door was covered in stains and scuffs from their clothing and the boxes that they were just throwing through the door!!! They also made an insane amount of stains on my upholstered bedframe. They didn't care. Breakfast nook table was cracked and tried to glue (assuming they screwed the table top too far in) Contacted and took pictures of EVERYTHING immediately and it's yet to be fixed and 100% replaced and it's been over 50 days at this point. Said manager , Adam has been giving me the run arounds and excuse after excuse. I even referred family members and they spend $2000 on furniture... communication is terrible!! I've been the one to reach out day after day. Leading up to today 9/28/26- I asked for an update and they said they can offer a rug or a lamp. After 50+ days of hassle and unnecessary stress. Might I add, everytime I ask for the owner.... He's "not in" he's "out of town" "call back on this day" TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! . We tried it for 2 weeks and decided to go a different direction. My wife is 6 months pregnant so her comfort is the most important thing right now. When I called to ask about returns the associate, Valerie, informed us that there would be a $99 restocking fee and a $99 delivery fee, neither of which were mentioned at the time of purchase when talking about the sleep trial. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "he's too busy to give you a call." We specifically asked about returns when purchasing the mattress and were assured that we could return it without mentioning any of the aforementioned fees. I also did not receive any paperwork from the store and was told that the information would be sent to me via email. I received the receipt but no information on the sleep trial. If I was told that I would be paying $200 to try out the mattress, I would not have purchased it.

He described my back and health conditions and was shown a mattress and adjustable base set, and assured that it would be delivered and setup before I arrived. All I can say I have never slept better!! Being able to raise the head of the bed relieves my chronic acid reflux and it's SOOO comfortable to lay on we often watch tv from bed.
