They had lots of great snack items to choose from and clean restrooms. The charging stations were easy to access and they had plenty. There were other EV drivers using them so it was fun chatting with them too.

That being said, I tend to hold them to a somewhat higher standard than your run of the mill gas station. This location in Hays I found to be a-okay. It wasn't the cleanest or the best Caseys, but it got the job done and was a fine stop for our journey.
