this place was a bit of a hot mess. The pumps are oriented so that its a huge hassle to pull in with a trailer, unless you get an end spot, and even then, it was pretty dicey to pull through. The mcdonalds was trashed. messy and the staff were not great. fries were pretty limp. But as another said, this was probably the nicest of the three. We went to another 24/7 in kansas and it was night and day to this place. read more

This is a message to everyone traveling through and see this travel stop. DO NOT BUY DIESEL GROM THEM ITS WATER!!! i'm currently in Colorado not far from the border approximately 2 hours from the 24 7 Travel Center. I just fill up with DIESEL and about an hour and half later its shows empty. I called and try to speak with a DAVID who was very rude and don't want to provide a superstar and end up hanging up the phone after i mention about WATER being sold as DIESEL. I will be filing a dispute with my bank because that's fraud!!! read more

They have the WORST diesel fuel we've ever filled up with. My exhaust filter is clogging up (first time ever), we are using a huge amount of DEF, mileage has dropped significantly, and the engine temperature has risen. All of these conditions are the first time ever! No matter how clean you think the station is , it has VERY bad fuel. read more

It's a gas station in the middle of nowhere -- so there is not alot to expect. That said, there are 2 other station at this same exit and this place is the best of the three. The bathrooms were pretty clean. read more

I tried refilling my hydration password I processor machine, and a fun day with the sunset walk up to me and told me that "there is no ice and the machine because literally everybody that wants to share does this. The machine can't hardly keep up with how many people do this" I asked him, "what the f--- else is the point of an ice machine?" But he was already walking away from me. I went to the ice machine in McDonalds and had no problem getting ice, and didn't get asinine comments from anyone behind the counter. Which is a shock, because it's McDonald's.Here, if you're going to take the piss from anyone who walks through the door, you should at least stick around because you deserve the same attitude that you gave them. I thought the middle America people were supposed to be nice, but you obviously have nothing better to do. read more

Just what I needed! I had been driving on the desolate road from Dodge City, KS for quite a while when I was dying to stop somewhere to use the bathroom and grab a quick drink. I was so relieved to see this 24/7 Travel Store. I quickly went inside and noticed this place was pretty big! The bathrooms were pretty clean, I always make sure to cover the toilet seat but it did look rather clean. This place like I mentioned is big and has a lot to offer. Many different snack options and drinks as well as any travel items. I even saw some clothing and auto items. There is a McDonald's linked up with 24/7 Travel which was kind of small but serves it's purpose for a quick stop and go! The McDonald's was pretty busy but they were fast and efficient. If you need gas, there were many gas pumps to offer service. I didn't need gas at this moment in time but would've gassed up here if I did. I think it's great that this place is here after driving in the middle of no where. It made me feel a sigh of relief after driving through desolate towns with nothing to offer. It seems like 24/7 Travel Store is a hangout/stop for locals too. There were quite a few people just in there chatting which made it feel very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend stopping here for any of your travel needs! read more

If y'all were just a little more honest about your gas prices, you could improve your public image greatly. Even the way you handle feedback is non-caring... it's sort of "hey, here's why we're great and you should love us," instead of really listening to folks. read more

No. When we're making a stop for gas and snacks, we don't expect or want to take 20 minutes to pay! They were having issues with their credit card machine inside (and indicated to us that it wasn't the first time); we tried to pay with cash, but they said it was already going through and hung up, so we couldn't. It ended up taking nearly 20 minutes, and in the middle of a long trip, unnecessary time additions are not welcome! Did they apologize? Nope. Did they even ACT sorry? Nope. Never again. Stop in Ellis at Love's, and the gas is cheaper and the service friendlier (as we did on our stop coming back). For a 'new' place, this place feels grimy. There is construction going on currently (7/2014) and it's very awkward (and in our case, dangerous, since people weren't watching where they were driving. Lady from Jersey, get OFF the phone when cutting across the parking lot!) to get in and out safely. read more

they sold me stale chips and when I asked for an exchange they said they couldn't give me a replacement because they were open and the chips clearly tasted stale. to make matters even worse they didn't have the decency to throw away the chips for me, overall terrible customer service. but the bathrooms were clean the only reason I would stop here. read more

I do not understand why you can not pay with a regular credit card at the diesel pumps. We travel in our dodge 3500 pulling a fifth wheel and find it an extreme hassle to have to go in and guess at how much to prepay or wait in line just to get pump started. Especially here! Wow. If you can't pay at the pump then you should have clerks that know what to do. Not here. They just look at you with an extremely dumb expression. Huh? What? She says '"do you have a 24/7 card". Really? Do you think I would be standing here asking you to turn pump on if I did? The other clerk had to help but was just as slow. Expect to spend some time here. It's not a fast stop. read more
