The gas is competitively priced and in addition to the usual convenience store items associated with a Love's Travel Plaza and their hot dogs, they also have an Arby's. We are traveling across country. We bought two medium soda fountain sodas for around $5, then stopped at another love's down the road thinking we would inquire about a refill price and were told it would be $1.98+tax each. I remember how my grandma used to brag about free refills and I doubt that exists anymore, but we are not paying for the cup. We already bought it. A refill should NOT be full price. You have lost me as a customer and the world needs to know, because we can buy a 20oz (not fountain) for the same price. What a ripoff and poor customer service. read more

Easy to get into the travel stop. Lots of food options in the store but we chose to eat at Arby's. Service was quick and food was good.

During our drive halfway across America, we needed a hot shower and a nap, and a cup of coffee. What we found was a super friendly and accommodating staff, brilliantly clean showers, well lit and managed parking, and hot coffee with a smile at 3 am. This is a very nice and clean Love's! The bathrooms were especially clean. I was very impressed with them. They have about anything you can think of in this store including a full Arby's restaurant with sit down seating. If you don't want Arby's they have lots of snack foods including hot dogs and sausages with all the fixings. If you need charging accessories or any type of over the road electronic device they have those too. Just when I thought I seen everything they had to offer. My kids found a lottery ticket machine. So we stood there for a while feeding it. The kids (Old Enough To Gamble) would win enough to collect more scratch off's until their luck ran completely out. If you are heading to Nashville and want somewhere safe and clean to stop or just stretch your legs. I highly recommend this Love's! I cant express enough about how clean this one was. This is a must stop if traveling cross country. My husband and I did when traveling from California to New York for my Moms funeral during Covid and now we are doing it moving our daughter from Buffalo to Texas. In a post Covid world it's hard to find good employees... I travel almost nonstop around the United States... These two guys at Arby's are probably the best employees that I have seen in a post pandemic world. They're tattooed and ear piercings to the hilt, yet they were smiling and laughing and talking and enjoying life... You could say they were so happy to have a job, to provide for their family... That he even mentioned his wife 3 times. Anyway I never leave reviews but these two employees were so extraordinary I just had to literally re-download this app to toast someone, whatever they're paid it's not enough. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the bathrooms! I can say it's one of the cleanest bathrooms I've been to while traveling. The associates were polite and greeted everyone as they entered the store. Lots of options for snacks and little souvenirs if you're traveling like us. You call and ask if they have someone to fill propane they say yes. You drive 15 mins one way and wait 20 mins to find out they left 20 mins ago. Not to mention only had 1 register open with long lines and she walks off to price check and when she comes back ask for help with a price change then we find out she is in training by the looks of it they on their way to unsuccessfully finding new jobs read more
