I then call them and tell them I'm going to get my order myself and the girl that answered tells me let me see if you can. Needless to say I went and once I was there I parked at a curbside spot and called them to tell them the spot I was in. Waited 20 min and no one ever came to bring me my order! I had to go inside and literally go in the area where they have all curbside orders and tell the attendant I'm taking my order that was just sitting there!! Unbelievable how Sam's operates their business!! Totally unacceptable! They boast about "free delivery " but it's AWFUL. Btw this isn't the first time that I didn't receive my order from Sam's. It's happened two times prior and every time they say "sorry " and don't fix the problem!

This H-E-B's closest competition of a similarly size is at least twenty-two miles away but they don't drop their level of care at all. They keep multiple live Humans running the cash registers so customers can concern themselves with their own work. Western Union services are available at the service center until 7pm, I'm fairly sure. The employees all stay in their masks so any CCP COVID-19 o'phobes can shop in relative comfort.
