Got inside and was amazing with the interior and the clean restrooms. Plenty of food and drinks, we looked around and decided to eat. I ordered a sandwich it was delicious. The sandwich was pretty massive with lots of ham and turkey. I definitely could have shared it with someone else. The service was fast and the service was great. I liked that they had an assortment of different tea flavors! Next time traveling, will definitely stop and eat at this establishment again.

She quickly said she'd get a local driver to bring it to me in the next 15-20 min. I said ok, an hour later still no order. I then call them and tell them I'm going to get my order myself and the girl that answered tells me let me see if you can. Needless to say I went and once I was there I parked at a curbside spot and called them to tell them the spot I was in. Waited 20 min and no one ever came to bring me my order! I had to go inside and literally go in the area where they have all curbside orders and tell the attendant I'm taking my order that was just sitting there!! Unbelievable how Sam's operates their business!! Totally unacceptable! They boast about "free delivery " but it's AWFUL. Btw this isn't the first time that I didn't receive my order from Sam's. It's happened two times prior and every time they say "sorry " and don't fix the problem!

You see, my unnamed future former insurance company is behind the times and attempted to send out Colby's Towing (who never showed up BTW) that review may come later. We were stuck in the sand on the beach. I know, I can think of worse places to be stuck too. So, as any story starts, I searched Yelp. Unfortunately this wasn't my first rodeo and I knew to call to make to connection with the tow company directly prior to calling for roadside assistance. The lady who answered the phone at Baileys, the three or so times that I called, was so kind and courteous. You know, when you're in a crisis and the person on the other end of the phone is curt and inconsiderate? Unlike the folks at my said insurance company, this gal here was the complete opposite. I mean, the lady was a saint and had to have a PHD in consoling and making me feel at ease. To make a long story sort, after I gave up on the fake news of a tow company that my insurance company hired, I was willing to pay for Baileys to come out on my own dime. So, I called back for the third time. You would think she'd be annoyed with me and by this time I was mildly panicked. Nope. She was just as kind that time too. She gave the driver my husband's info to coordinate the location. My husband was the one who talked to the driver. Like the gal that I talked to, he too was a saint. He explained that he may be too far out and then he literally connected him with the fire department to pull us out. All the while, not receiving a dime from us, but being so kind to go above and beyond and find our best opinion. Thank you so much! Now, back to enjoying my vacation.
