But a few months ago I was on my way to my other work location and thought CJ's looked promising. I was correct! The three story deck (one below ground) has some of the spaces marked off for the 21C hotel's valet parking. Otherwise, it's available with some spaces dedicated for other hotel guests and handicapped spaces. Lower level is open on weekdays after 5pm and weekends, the rest are open and this evening, I had no problem finding a space on the upper deck. There is a staircase in the northeast corner. A sign near the entrance indicates how many spaces remain open. I'm not sure if it is able to count the reserved spaces, but it seemed to work fine. There are lights inside.
