My personal road stop requirements: 1.) clean bathroom…read more 2.) diverse selection of food & drink options (extra points for some healthier options) 3.) ease of use 4.) Friendly is a big plus. While traveling I don't like to feel like I've gotten off on an exit straight into the twilight zone. So, this was bookmarked for me on my I-70 road trip so I'd know (hopefully) where clean bathrooms could be found. This gas station looks a bit dumpy from the exterior and I almost bailed on it. But we gave it a shot. The bathrooms are clean and perfectly serviceable. Cleanest ever? Homey? No. Just a typical utilitarian gas station bathroom, which was thankfully clean and stocked with TP, soap and paper towels. The convenience store offered a cheap fountain drink special which was nice; I needed something to perk me up. The lady at the counter was friendly. Hardly anyone else was there so getting gas and checking out was quick and easy. Selection at small convenience store very basic. Bottom line- if all u want is gas and a clean pit stop, come on by. But don't go out of your way if you need more options or expect more than the basics.

I was headed toward Milford Kansas, which is kind of a deserted little town and there are no gas stations there but this gas station was right before I headed towards Milford. So the location was perfect it sits on the corner of Highway 177. The sign has no damage to it you can clearly see that you are at the right gas station the parking lot is clean free of debris parking is ample they only have 3 gas pumps and one of the gas pumps is weirdly behind the building. When you walk inside shelves are fully stocked a lady was sweeping and cleaning the floors and considering that the gas station is surrounded by gravel it is understandable that you have to sweep those floors consistently with customers bringing in gravel when they walk through the doors. The staff were very nice and friendly and the bathroom was clean. It's a nice little convenient place to stop when there's really nothing else between Junction City and Milford.

Our experience working with Holm has been awesome. Our story with Holm actually started 3 years…read moreago. We needed our first family car for our expanding family. We described our situation and the salesman quickly realized the vehicles we thought we wanted would not be our best fit. He had us put all of our new baby stuff in the back to see how it would fit. We could now see this particular car was not going to work. Our salesman listened to our priorities and price point. He demonstrated integrity by explaining that a minivan might meet all of our goals and we should at least look at one first. However he didn't have one to sell us. We love our minivan but because of that salesman we decided that we wanted to use Holm for all of our maintenance. Holm impressed us with the way they handled a maintenance issue with our previous car so we knew that our next vehicle had to come from Holm. We were so excited to see our truck on Holm's lot and the buying process was just what we expected. They gave us a fair deal and made sure we were happy throughout the process. We are confident that their support will continue after the sale with any issues on any of our vehicles regardless of who sold the vehicle to us. As Mr. Holm would say, We are definitely..."glad we did!"

Okay so Handy's surprised me. We were driving along the highway and our kiddo really needed to use…read morethe restroom. Of course it had to be in an odd location with none of of usual stops anywhere nearby so we stopped at the first stop we found. Now, Handy's does not look like it's going to be a winner from the outside and I think this is doing them a disservice. First of all the obviously have an excellent name, and secondly, it's a pretty solid little highway rest stop. It didn't have the biggest selection of items, or was the most updated, but it was clean, and sometimes a clean restroom along the highway is all you really need.
