I'm guessing that's why they have a no return policy because they know they are selling junk, and it will come back to haunt them if they were to actually stand behind the products they sell. Do yourself a favor go down the street to the next smoke shop you will probably get better quality products. Update to my prior comment the third item broke about a week ago.
