This location is somewhat closer to the entrance and before you get to the world showcase so I tend to recommend shopping on your way out so you're not having to carry stuff for the rest of the day through the park. It's a huge store, so you'll be spending some time here if you are looking around at everything. They usually keep seasonal or festival items towards the main entrances on either the front or back side of the main store. Staff is easy to spot and they are in abundance at this location as it is almost always busy. There are two main register areas for purchases and there are several registers that are active at any time, so it's quick and easy to check out during most days. Items are higher price, but it's Disney and it's tourist items (souvenirs) so it makes sense. If you are a pass holder, be sure to show your card for your retail discount! Overall: A+ THE spot for EPCOT merch!

This store changes merchandise often! The convenience factor is huge with this particular stop. If you are trying to get a souvenir before you begin your day then Port of Entry is the perfect spot. On the flip side, if you need a short break before starting your exploration of World Showcase then Port of Entry is a fantastic first stop as well! The Cast Members that my family and I met were very friendly, the store was nicely laid out and the atmosphere was a lot of fun. I usually purchase something at this store. This store used to have a lot of pins. My last visit, I ended up getting a Disney spirit jersey. It was definitely worth stopping for a few minutes to explore their entire collection! During my trip down the World Showcase, I stopped by the China Pavilion's House of Good Fortune Gift Shop. I'm so glad I did! House of Good Fortune carries a wide variety of merchandise! The types of merchandise include artwork, home décor, clothing, accessories, toys, and one of a kind souvenirs you're unlikely to see anywhere else in the parks. I particularly liked browsing through their offerings of ornaments, figurines and decorations, there were many really cool things! House of Good Fortune is slightly different than many of the gift shops found in various locations around Walt Disney World. Unlike many of the stores which are filled with Disney themed merchandise, this store features merchandise that reflects the cultural and elements of the China Pavilion. House of Good Fortune is a great place to check out! The cast members working in the store were extremely helpful! If you have plans to visit Epcot and would like to visit each of the countries represented in the World Showcase area, I highly recommend stopping by House of Good Fortune.

My husband and I ended up taking the Skyliner to go from the back entrance to France, as soon as the park opened at 9:00 A.M. We had some additional time before Epcot opened. Luckily, the World Traveler store was open, and we were able to do a little bit of shopping prior to park opening! World Traveler does accept the Annual Passholder Discounts and the Disney Visa Cardmember Perks. Inside the store, you'll see a wide range of offerings! Some of those include the following Food (snacks like Popcorn!) Mickey Ears Pins Toys & Plush, Drinks (Soda, Water) Apparel & Accessories Gifts & Housewares Magicbands!! As a long time visitor to a holiday store that is open year round, I have always believed there was something special about such a location! Upon entering, I felt as if I was walking into the holiday season, regardless of the time of year! Inside the shop are holiday ornaments, decorations, Disney themed holiday items, and other unique souvenirs. I probably looked through more things than I should have because everything caught my attention! Some of the best things about the shop are how many ornaments can be personalized! They make excellent reminders of a Disney vacation! Although I was not planning to purchase any Holiday decorations, I enjoyed viewing each of the various Disney themed ornaments and holiday decorations. This is one of those shops that will allow you to go back again and find something new each time! The cast members were very friendly and even with the large number of guests due to the Springtime Surprise event, it didn't seem too busy! If you collect anything Disney related, want a unique item for a gift, or just enjoy the holidays, then I highly recommend stopping by Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe when you visit Magic Kingdom! They have a huge selection of ornaments year round-many of which, can be personalized-and there are other things, like nutcrackers and tree skirts, etc. that rotate in and out through the year. Right now, in January 2025, they have a large selection of "Nightmare Before Christmas" merch. Prices are what you'd expect in the park. You can grab Thanksgiving dinner around the corner at Liberty Tree Tavern, then walk a few steps over here for some Christmas spirit (and souvenirs). Oh! They always have other types of merchandise available in limited supply, but they do have a really good selection of the programmable wristbands if you are vacationing or just want your ticket to be held electronically on your list. The cast members here are always friendly and I believe there is always a pin trading board available. Everything here is Disney priced but so far as pins go most of them are fairly reasonable. They do occasionally get something very rare or larger sized that can be on the pricey side, but there are always pins available for anyone shopping here. You can find all your favorite characters represented and many places represented. Basically, if it's Disney, there's a real good chance that there is a pin of it somewhere.

Pin Traders is located at the Marketplace in Disney Springs. It's next to Once Upon a Toy, Earl of Sandwich, and the Marketplace Carousel. Current hours are from 10:00 A.M - 11:00 P.M, but times may change, so make sure to check the Disney World mobile application! This place has so many pins! Their lanyards and keychains are pretty cool here too! It also has MagicBands if you're looking for a new MagicBand for Disney World. Pin Traders does offer the starter sets if you're new to Pin Trading! Some of the pins at Pin Traders include Theme Parks, Resorts, Animated Features and so much more! My daughter found the Up grape bottle cap at this Pin Traders store and the beauty and the beast pin she was looking for! When we visited, it didn't seem too busy inside, but it is a open kiosk store. It's probably one of the best locations we visited for pin trading!

It goes without saying that you need to bring money! The prices on Disney souvenirs has skyrocketed as of late. I'm still shocked about Mickey ears costing close to $40! The atmosphere fits right in with the park's adventurous vibe. The shop has rustic wood accents, tribal patterns, and a touch of explorer flair (I just love the decor in here). It's bright, open, and feels like an organic extension of Animal Kingdom rather than just another retail shop. As for what you'll find, the shop's got a little bit of everything. Plushes, pins, apparel, pens, toys, hats, packaged candy, stickers, sundries, and other goodies are in plentiful supply. You'll spot plenty of Animal Kingdom-themed gear, like shirts featuring the Tree of Life, fun Mickey ear safari hats, and wildlife-inspired accessories. I like this store because it's sort of like Animal Kingdom's Emporium (if you know, you know). I like to say if you can't find it here, you don't need it. Oh! And they offer a pretty generous 20% off discount for Annual Passholders. So be sure to flash your pass if you have one.

Discovery Trading Company used to be Disney Outfitters. Discovery Trading Company offers a wide range of gifts, memorabilia, apparel, snacks, toys, and so much more! If you're a annual passholder, discounts do apply at this store! The team members are so helpful at this location. I was looking at a few of their Disney Ornaments and Snow globes! This is one of the best locations to shop at, especially if you're leaving Animal Kingdom for the day, you can easily stop into this store on the way out of the theme park!
