Wow... To think that I am only person to comment on this wonderful experience that I had with Rev…read more Marilyn. Truly a gifted spirit that I was able to know through a family referral. When you first get there, I was greeted with her and although I was running a couple minutes late, she did not make me feel guilty at all. She just encouraged me to finish the paperwork and then we got into her space you can tell that she really cares about what she does. We started off with a cleansing prayer and then began the practice, although Reiki may cause people to have deep emotional responses, I definitely experienced physical responses, such as chills, and a beautiful sense of calmness. The practice was an experience that included all of the senses (sound bowls, aromatherapy, etc) and helped me stay engaged with my crazy mind. After the session she gave me debrief and some aftercare points. I am feeling more centered, and I'm looking forward to my next session with her as a continue my journey of healing.

Debbie's warm sessions on Mondays are great if you're new or want to feel it out. If I get a friend to come for their first time, I usually tell them to take a warm class along with me. Melissa's Yummy Yoga sessions will keep you smiling, laughing and sweating (very yummy!). And Janice's sessions helped me focus on my breath so I can relax into poses that I didn't think I can do (or still working on doing lol). She gives a lot of individual attention as well to make sure you're practicing correctly to prevent any injury. Which is good because I'd be tumbling and falling all over the place without her direction. Can't wait to try out all the other classes. :) See that? Feel like I've said so much. Just gooo!
