Choosing to work with her has truly been one of the most transformative decisions I've made for myself this year. From the moment I met Jennifer, any nervousness I had melted away. She radiates warmth and made me feel instantly welcomed and at ease. I knew right then I had made the right choice. During our first session, I shared that I was struggling with stress, overwhelm, and difficulty staying focused and present. Not long into the session, Jennifer asked if I'd been experiencing back pain--something I had completely forgotten to mention, but had indeed been dealing with. Amazingly, in the weeks following that session, the pain disappeared. I didn't need a single pain reliever. Even more remarkable was the emotional shift. I felt calmer, more grounded, and genuinely happy. When I did feel off, I found it much easier to return to a positive state. The intentions I set during the guided meditation add-on began manifesting in real, tangible ways. After my second session last week, I can confidently say that back pain is no longer part of my daily life.
