I don't want to ramble on about how good/nice it is but it has 2 bedrooms, 1 double/1 twin, a bathroom with shower/bath/toilet/sink, a separate toilet with sink. A fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) but washing machine. Lounge/dinning area, with tv,video,DVD player, radio & cd player. Above all it's on a small complex, which is totally silent, occasional helicopters to RNAS Culdrose. A perfect place to see perfect sunsets & view the night sky with little or no ambient light. You are no further than 2/3 miles from little coves with beaches or the coastal route around the lizard. If you are looking for that perfect place then this is it, even two teenagers liked it so can't be bad. This is 100% value for money, I will certainly be returning & would highly recommend it. As suggested by others it's much like a beefeater/weatherspoons. The site itself was full but quiet & relaxing. Our 1st caravan/holidayhome experience & wasn't disappointed. Only used the facilities in the evening once. Unfortunately, not our 'cup of tea'. The bar area is next to the restaurant so, therefore, the area always smelled of cooking oil. Didn't help that people would bring in their food to the drinking area. A bad design I think. Other than that, nice comfortable caravan and a pleasant stay.
