It was VERY obvious to me that he is looking for nothing but cookie cutter cases and turns away cases that may require him to work for his money despite the silver spoon he has had since birth. Emails went unanswered for weeks, and when I finally did get a response, Lauren was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. She had an attitude, deflected my questions, and refused to take accountability for their missed emails. Instead of assisting me, she made the process even more frustrating. To make matters worse, I was never informed that I needed to complete a course for my case, something the lawyer himself failed to mention or remind me about. Now, because of their oversight, I have to pay $660 just to reopen my case and finalize the discharge. I am beyond disappointed with this firm and would not recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for a law office that values communication, professionalism, and accountability, this is not the place.
