I placed…read moremy order online and waited for a notification ( about 20 minutes after order was placed) saying my items were ready. After I finishing up my workout and picking up a few item at the Albertsons across the street from this Walgreens. I parked in one of the designated spots for curbside pickup. I checked-in letting them know I was there and the number of my parking spot. Before I even had time to relax an employee came out with my items. I'd say it was less than 3 minutes after my check in. I like this curbside option. It keeps me out of the store away from the idiots who would rather infect others by not wearing their mask. Quick, fast, efficient, safe and friendly employee. I'd definitely do it again.

I must admit their mattresses, IMHO, are absolutely still the best and I got one of their lower end (C4) smart mattresses! I had not been sleeping for nearly two weeks due to back pain, but my new C4 mattress did the trick. A shout out to Mattress Direct for providing the adjustable base and bedding for hundreds less than Sleep Number. Lincare

Lincare always delivered my father's oxygen tanks and other medical essentials promptly, as needed…read more They also come to pick up tanks periodically as they emptied. What I really appreciate, beyond words can even explain, is their customer care. After my father passed away, I was the "lone ranger" left in charge of dealing with affairs. One of the things on my seemingly never-ending list was contacting Lincare to pick up the items that were left and taking care of the remaining charges. It took a few phone calls and messages left, but the person I spoke with (Linda?) instantly put me at ease, letting me know how sorry they were for my loss and that they would take care of pick-up ASAP. They arranged with me a specific date and time within the next few days. That employee arrived promptly and was so very personable. He knew my father from previous deliveries. We talked for quite some time. When it came to taking care of the bill, they were very understanding of my situation (I had to go through the courts to establish an estate account, ect). They were so understanding and never demanded immediate payment. In fact, they really took care of me. Without going into too much detail, I just have to say that this is completely UNLIKE most businesses/companies that I've had to deal with in this situation. If anyone from this company ever reads this review, I want them to know how appreciative I am for their understanding and excellent customer service in such a trying time. I would reccomend Lincare to anyone needing respitory care or medical equipment, especially the Lafayette, LA location!
