This is not the first time they didn't do the work that was scheduled. At a previous appointment, they did nothing because the doctor couldn't get me numb, something that has never happened to me in my 67 years. So, 4 trips to Quincy and twice came home without having the work done that was scheduled. Update: I called AA Dental to talk to Lance. The person who answered the phone hemmed and hawed for about 5 minutes and then said he wasn't available. I left my name and number and asked to have Lance return my call. It has been at least 2 weeks and I have not heard a word from him. I really don't think he exists!!

Standard line is, we'll submit your insurance and you owe the remainder; however, no where in the information my daughter was told did the staff tell her they were OUT-of-network, were NOT a preferred provider or that they were NOT an in-network provider for any insurance companies. Dr. Pritts has many positive reviews, but my daugher was passed on to the associate dentist who is inexperienced and rough. After the surgery after I could feel my face again I had pain that was leading to migraines. I called the office and with in 20 minutes I had a pain killer ready to take. Dr wright personally apologized for the pain I was suffering. The following day Dr Wright again personally called me to check up on things making sure everything was ok and if I had any problems to call him and then gave me his personal number. Jan at the front desk is very spunky and really puts you at ease. The initial consultation was great as Dr. Shahan talked about the surgery in depth, and answered all of my questions in detail. The surgery itself was a great success with no issues whatsoever. I will definitely return to his office for any further dental work!

Then billed medical, but they're a dentist you say, and you'd be correct. After getting an EOB that they were NOT paid from my medical insurance, who explained that they don't cover DENTAL work (duh), I took it upon my self to get my dental insurance in this, and got the matter resolved, called Shahan office, got them straight, and low and behold the next month they're getting paid. Then I got a letter (2 days BEFORE my EOB showed up from Insurance) that was written with quite a nasty tone about not being paid. Final straw. I was the reason they got paid at all, I'm not even bringing up the fact I paid over half of this out of pocket (yay insurance..). They're miserable and make not effort to hide the fact they do not want to be dealing with you as a CUSTOMER.
