Very good gym in terms of value for money from a leisure centre. Have a lot of selection of cardio machines so they are always available, also like the key you use on the machines are linked to you personally so you can track your progress. The classes are pretty good too however they could offer a more variety of boxing classes. The weights section could do with more free weights like a bench. Well, it's now Feb 2019, and I'm still swimming as part of my new year's resolution. Loughton leisure centre is nearest for me, and it can get jam-packed as most do this time of the year. So far I haven't crashed into anyone yet, so I'm still motivated and enjoying it, as they say, time will tell. read more
