Which I had no idea... haha so I had to figure it out then call them back but the woman who helped on the phone was so lovely and helped me out with the most pleasant tone and what sounded like a smile on her face. When the delivery did finally get delivered (when my sister arrived back in town) it was prompt, lively, fresh, gorgeous and timely. I would highly recommend using Abloom if you have any floral needs in the area :0)

What was disappointing was knowing I'd called to have some flowers substituted in the "In Harmony Bouquet" they listed online due to concerns regarding pet toxicity. The call was easy, and I was told the mums could be substituted. Great! Now, for why the experience was disappointing: Shows up, does not really look as expected for the "deluxe" style (I'm sure that's on me somewhat for the substitutions I'd requested), and has flowers that were not listed that were even WORSE for toxicity regarding pets (lilies). I couldn't have anticipated them and so could not substitute them. Unfortunately, this means the bouquet isn't really being enjoyed because it has to stay hidden away, even if it wasn't exactly what I'd hoped for in size and selection of flowers, it is still pretty.. Photo of received bouquet versus what was ordered (knowing mums were to be substituted with aster and/or more roses of equivalent value) attached. I'd probably buy from them again, but almost definitely in person to avoid such issues going forward. If/when that happens, I'd be glad to redo my review to reflect that experience. Mistakes happen and I'm sure they're overwhelmed this time of year. But it's a rough mistake for eighty dollars worth of flowers.

She comes here so frequently, she knows the owners and their son by name : D We decided to meet up for some sister time one Thursday and I told her I wanted to buy a few more plants for my house (because her "plant lady-ness" is rubbing off on me) so she of course brought me here. It's in a small shopping plaza tucked between some other small stores, so keep an eye out for the signage when you come! When you come in, some really stunning plants are right in front of you. They have a HUGE variety of house plants and specialty plants--easy to care for plants to plant master level plants; small single root plants to humongous aloe Vera and mini tree sized plants. I was pretty overwhelmed by it all since I'm still new to the world of plants and would consider my level of plant care at still a low maintenance/easy care. So I had several questions which the young woman working helped me with greatly! She was able to tell me more about the plants that caught my eye and she was able to help me decide which one I would be most successful with. The plant I got was a nice sized jade plant for $12. Then, they also have a few other plant items for sale like soil, pots, scoops, moisture meters, etc. I got a pretty white planter for $10. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the items I got. Of course, since they have all types of plants, that includes low budget plants to expensive specialty/rare plants. Overall, I was very impressed with this newer shop and understand why my sister has a slight obsession with coming here :)
