Bathrooms are another floor up, across from the kitchens. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen but from the dining room it sounded like they were wrestling or playing soccer up there. Food is not particularly tasty. I don't think it will make you sick or anything, it just have nothing special about it to recommend. The rice was bland as well, although the Hot & Sour soup was good. Beer and wine available in single serve bottles. Service was OK, again, nothing to rave about but adequate. If the food were a bit more flavorful this would be a really nice spot.

So we walk past Lemongrass and like the Thai menu and we see open tables. Bad for them but good for us is that a party of 25 didn't show. Bottom line: we had very good meals beginning with the most incredible dim sim steamed dumplings. They were far superior to any Chinese dumplings that I've had. The waitstaff was super, the atmosphere was bright and pleasant, and they have a gluten free menu. This was a great stumble upon.

My beef rendang was excellent and had a very authentic taste and kick to it. My entree of salt and pepper calamari was also alright. Would happily return here for a feed of good Asian food. They have some great choices of South East Asian dishes from Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia and the flavours are great.

They deliver pretty quick too compared to some of the other restaurants in Carlow. I visited this place for the first time at the weekend…read more We walked up a flight of stairs to find a friendly waitress at the top of stairs who opened the glass door and welcomed us in with a smile on her face! We were told we could sit anywhere(which is always nice! I hate when you are shoved in beside someone and there is no one else in the restaurant!) It was busy enough vibe as there were 2 groups of people. We were immediately served prawn crackers in a lovely oriental bowl, we ordered chicken in black bean sauce and tofu in black bean sauce and enquired about what beer was the nicest, the waitress recommended a nice chinese beer, can't think of the name of it now, but it was the cheapest one on the menu, which made it all the nicer! :) Fresh jug of water and ice was promptly brought to our table and our dinner arrived shortly afterwards. We finished everything! Yum! For desert we had banana fritters, which was served with honey and icecream. Delicious! I saw on the menu they serve cocktails that are €4.50, which is a very good price, so I must go back to try those! The service and food were all top notch! Will definitely be back! :)

The hoi sin sauce was watered down to the point it could not be tasted and the pancakes were just dough, they were not steamed and did not come apart. Customer service in here is next to non existent, tried to call back after the family finished their meal but the owners were very rude and just shouted about being too late ringing back. Needless to say we won't be returning if that's how they treat repeat customers
