It was more of a peer-to-peer experience with her. My friend and I went to her for ear candling. Instead of feeling like a customer, she introduces herself to you as a friend. Our time with her was short with about 30 minutes per person but throughout the session, she shared her knowledge and beliefs when it comes to treating yourself to prevent diseases naturally and staying positive in life. Ear candling is a very relaxing and effective way to remove excessive wax in your ear. The session was relaxing enough for you to fall asleep. After that, she also explained why or how the color of your ear wax reflects your well-being. I have had ear candling done outside the country before but usually after the session, they just don't say anything or lead you to make a payment for the service. Unlike them, Ms. Rachel actually made sure that our ears won't dry and asked us to apply lavender oil on it and explained how to take care of it. She takes time and seeing how she explained and discussed things, you can see her passion on trying to prevent bad things to happen in our health in a natural way. She believes in a natural way to heal, to nurture, to prevent and to care for ourselves. I highly recommend her. Thank you Ms. Rachel. I hope to make an appointment once again next time.

I could write pages about some things that have changed in me since I spoke to you yesterday but I'll tell you I felt almost like bodyaches and chills at night. I thought I was coming down with something like I was sick and I wondered if it had something to do with the session but then I woke up feeling totally fine and maybe even better than fine. At the start of the appointment I asked her if it would be possible to include Reiki in our session. Thankfully she was able to accommodate. First of all, the acupuncture itself was very pleasant and not painful (I just assumed it would be). She placed the needles in places that are known to enhance overall wellness as well as my scalp (still dealing with postpartum hair loss). Once all the needles were placed she stared on the reiki and I could feel it instantly. If you have never had reiki and are curious, I highly recommend it. Overall, I had such a great experience with Kristen. She was very accommodating with my appointment time and fit me in day of.
