Just thought I would update my review by sharing the text I sent to Marsha after our last phone session :) So... I could write pages about some things that have changed in me since I spoke to you yesterday but I'll tell you I felt almost like bodyaches and chills at night. I thought I was coming down with something like I was sick and I wondered if it had something to do with the session but then I woke up feeling totally fine and maybe even better than fine. But I feel definitely changed/different/transformed.I feel good in my skin today like I like being here with me :-) I feel like I live in a beautiful home (in myself) and don't want to go around looking at everybody else's houses and seeing what's going on inside them and what they're doing. I am just enjoying being here with me in my house feeling really good. Grateful. Thank you read more

It's not easy to explain the work Marsha does but what I can tell you is that it worked for me. Therapeutic energy work on body & soul. She is a healer, intuitive, knowledged and a great listener. I have gained clarity, relaxation & am motivated & inspired. read more

I attended my first session of energy medicine this weekend and this is what I know. Prior to seeing Marsha I was experiencing carpal tunnel on my right wrist from working on my laptop. The pain has been pretty consistent for the last few weeks and because I can bear it, I have been doing the easy thing - ignoring it. The session started. A very quiet space which can't help but to quiet the mind, and then I felt Marsha's hands. She was almost immediately drawn to my wrist. I couldn't believe it! The experience was totally new, not what I expected, but definitely something I needed. I'm one of those people that can't shut down so giving myself that hour to just BE. Marsha held my arms, my legs, my wrist with a very motherly touch that allowed me to listen to my body. This isn't a massage or acupuncture; it is a moment in time where your body can talk and Marsha helps you listen. I think I would have liked some nature sounds or waterfalls to help me stay focused. As a beginner, it can be hard to shut completely off. Her words are still with me, "your body is your ally". Giving my body the space to heal was very fulfilling . i can't wait to come back! read more

The session with Marsha felt something like a mix between massage, a dream, a muscle vacuum cleaning, and a reweaving of body, soul and spirit together. It felt wonderful and more importantly I continued to feel more together than I had in years. One especially amazing thing is that it isn't necessary to tell her anything unless you want to. Marsha was able to read my body to find stuck places of spirit, mind and body without needing to know details of my life. Now fair disclosure: Marsha has been a friend for many years. However, what I said above is as honest and objective as is possible. read more

My session at Bliss was a huge part of my healing journey!!! I was visiting from Chicago and looked on yelp for a Craniosacral Therapist/Healing work. I truly felt led there. And my session was a big breakthrough!! Sooo grateful that Marsha is using her gifts to help others! read more

I recently flew out to San Diego and I am so grateful to Marsha for fitting me into her schedule for a treatment. She is definitely worth the time and the money!!! My session with her was really helpful in regard to assisting me with getting clarity around the direction of my life. She is incredibly compassionate, gentle, intuitive, and talented. I love that you don't really need to tell her anything prior to the session unless you want to share - she is intuitive enough that she will share exactly what you need to hear at the time. Additionally, I had some back pain that has really been persistent and she was able to relieve a SIGNIFICANT amount of that pain. I will definitely schedule more sessions with Marsha. read more

I had an incredibly powerful healing session with Marsh yesterday.Marsha was able to tune into my body to see what it needed as she worked on me.I was clothed comfortable and felt very safe and nurtured.. Some things from my childhood came up to be released. This release created the healing that will carry through several aspects of my life. She kept working with me til we both felt the healing was complete.. I recommend her completely without hesitation read more

This is actually a late post since I did go see Marsha some time ago. However, it was a great experience. Marsha was very nice and friendly. She really helped me in loosening up my energy as it was really dense and heavy. My energy sometimes goes back to being heavy but now that I am aware of it I can shake it out and go about my day without anything holding myself down. read more

I have been dealing with the after-effects of a sexual assault for the last 3 years, and though I am almost completely through it, there is still some residual 'stuff' hanging on. Since I have been to Marsha a couple of times in the past, knew that she would be able to help me again. My appointment yesterday exceeded even my wildest expectations! I do not understand HOW it works, but trust me when I tell you that it DOES work! By the time she was finished with me, I was literally floating. The only 'bad' thing was I had to get in the car and drive home. The feeling stayed with me the rest of the day, and I am still feeling it this morning. Whatever your issue is, I highly recommend that you go and see Marsha Bliss of Bliss Connections. read more

Marsha is one of a kind! Her work has left me feeling more relaxed and energized than ever! After receiving just 10 minutes of her work I was convinced, she has a gift! Since then I have been able to sleep like a baby every night. I sleep my full 8 hours without any interruptions and I feel extremely revived since her session. I highly recommend her she is awesome and so is her work! read more

This is so much more than massage! For some it could be life changing. The mind/body connection is undeniable and Marsha is able to tap into that connection. It's a very enjoyable session with immediate results. I highly recommend a session with Marsha. read more

Initially I was skeptical of partnering with Marsha, I thought, do I need energy work? What is it? But after my session with Marsha I felt a sense of mental and emotional clarity that's difficult to attain on a regular basis. The experience was very interesting, she was able to identify problems within my own body with almost no verbal communication, this allowed my mind to get to the root of a physical issue with an emotional or even mental solution. I consider myself a healthy individual and I even still I left the session feeling optimistic, clear headed, and extremely relaxed. I highly recommend this to all of my friends, even those who are unsure of what kind of attention they need. read more

My sister Lauren recommended me to Bliss Connections. I've been under a lot of stress this past year: being a new teacher, doing my MA, and planning a wedding. I went to Marsha and I walked away feeling light. The hour-and-a-half that I spent with her helped my stress to go away. I became more in-tune about who I am as a person. Going to Marsha soothes the soul, heals the spirit, and balances the energy that moves throughout your body. I will go to her again and again. read more

Marsha has a wonderful ability to listen and to hear the body. She is intuitive, patient, and giving. Through the kind of listening she does, she hears how the body has stored and still may experience events, feelings, emotions, and happenings that have occurred during a person's lifetime. She gently moves the body, the arms and legs, the hands and feet, the head, holding them and listening. Then she says out loud what she hearing. It becomes a conversation. I went to see Marsh because I wanted to know what my body was saying. And she told me, and we talked about it. I have seen Marsha several times. Working with her, has brought me to the next step in my healing process. read more

This was a wonderful energy session! When I arrived in San Diego, I went in search of a massage and came across Bliss connections - recently I had been doing more reading on energy, meditation and the power of thought and reading Bliss's reviews and website that an energy session might be just what I needed. Upon meeting Marsha, you are instantly at ease and enveloped in her warm and welcoming demeanor. The session proved quite enlightening - it almost can be described as an intuitive therapy session - which means Marsha reads the energy in the body and explains it into words - which in sense serve almost as a therapy session identifying challenges that are holding you back or things you are holding onto that prevent you from moving forward. Light touch and joint rotations are a key part of the energy session as release of or movement of energy returns as adjustments are made. I would say the only thing I regret is I live out east and wish I could join Marsha for a series - as I think a focus of energy of the head, heart and soul, and body would be enlightening! Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for an intuitive energy session to help relieve the energies in life that may be preventing them from moving forward! I'll be back my next trip to San Diego! Wonderful! read more

Working with Marsha was incredible. She is extremely tuned in and intuitive. In our session the work Marsha did confirmed a lot of deep dreams I have been pondering and gave me reassurance that I am moving in the right direction. I left feeling very light and more in tune with myself. read more

Marsha truly has a gift. I came to Marsha not exactly knowing what to expect, but knowing that I could use clarity and guidance in life. What she read from me and the feedback I received blew me away. Not only have my sessions been relaxing physically, but each time I have left with a sense of clarity and peace. It has changed the way I think and made me pay more attention to the things that need to change in my life. Each session has been different than the last and I can feel myself evolving in my life for the better. I recommend her for those looking for emotional healing, and those looking for guidance and clarity. Marsha is gentle and does not expect you to share your full life with her if you do not wish. She respects boundaries and is very organic in the way she works. She wants you to be there for you, not for her and I think that is so important when dealing with energy medicine. I am so thankful that our paths have crossed! **UPDATE** Since writing this review I've had 2 sessions with Marsha and I just have to add to my initial review. I had not mentioned that I am currently pregnant. I am 24 weeks now and the last 2 sessions Marsha connected with my baby. It was an amazing experience. I've since felt so connected to my child's soul and feel so much more aware that the baby is really already here. Also, my sessions with Marsha have gotten me through some of the most stressful and trying months of my life. The reflection, peace and understanding I have gained from my healing sessions with Marsha have been so good for not only myself, but my baby. I highly recommend her to pregnant women. read more

What a wonderful experience! I had been wanting to have energy work done since I have heard many wonderful things about it. I am so glad that I spent the time with Marsha. She explained the process and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. For the time that I was there, I was more calm than I had been in months. I was able to relax to the point where Marsha was able to tune into my body. I had been feeling anxious, stressed out, and overwhelmed. I also broke my knee months before and was having trouble working out on it still. Without knowing any of this information, she worked on my body and I was transformed. Walking home from the appointment I felt 50 pounds lighter and had a spring to my step. I went to the gym the next day and went over 25 miles on the spin bike without any pain at all. I felt like my body had been against me and with the work that Marsha did, I turned back into the self that I had always known was there. That hour and a half with Marsha realigned my mind and body focus; what an amazing gift! read more

Marsha is wonderful. I was looking for someone to do energy work, because it had been introduced to me but I wasn't sure what it was. I did a google search and liked her company name, so I contacted her. Marsha got back to me right away and set up an appointment. She works in a beautiful building downtown and I found her to be warm and welcoming. I wasn't sure what to expect from the session, but she explained her method and went to work. As we went through the session she was incredible tuned into my needs and commented on aspects of my functioning that were very powerful to me. After one session I walked out calmer and found a new level of clarity in my life. I am entirely grateful for her time and talent! read more

I was extremely nervous heading to my appointment, as I hadn't been to any type of professional service in therapy or massage in years. While Marsha doesn't consider her services as therapy, that's how I pictured it heading into my session. However; already knowing Marsha did put me at some ease. It didn't take long before I was comfortable as she moved around assessing, feeling, and communicating with my body. As the session went on I was impressed and quite shocked by her ability to read my body. Through her energy she was able to work through certain parts of my body that had needed attention for quite some time. Following my session I felt relaxed, calm, and lighter overall. I saw Marsha a second time to continue work in my "heavy" areas, which was even more helpful. I now see why Marsha refers to her work as "energy medicine", as she has a gift of merging energies and bringing whatever needs part to the surface. Connections and connecting of Bliss indeed. read more
