My wife´s filling fell out and we both needed teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist was very thorough for both of us. My wife has sensitive gums and commented she was a little rough but some pain in her case was to be expected. Parking was easy and the front desk staff and Dr. Grützmann staff were fluent enough in English for the transactions to run smoothly.
