I wrote down specific instructions, so they wouldn't waste time on areas that didn't require attention. They paid careful attention and worked quickly with minimal interruptions. They were also very friendly to interact with, and I requested the same team for the Move Out Cleaning for my old residence. Today was Desirae's first cleaning with us and she was prompt, thorough, friendly, and has a great positive attitude! It is very much appreciated in the STR business since our success as a business is also dependent on how well our cleaner performs. We hired Desirae to clean our 3 bedroom and 2 bath and office and the cleaning went great! Desirae came prepared and reviewed the overview of what needed to be done the night prior so she would be prepared the day of the cleaning. For those that are not familiar with short-term cleanings, it requires more thoroughness than a normal cleaning also there is a small window where cleaners need to clean, so it is important you choose a reliable and efficient cleaner or else you will have unhappy guests. Thank you Desirae for the wonderful first-time cleaning for our short-term rental. We appreciate you quoting us a fair price and for providing a great first-time experience! If you are looking for a prompt, thorough, friendly, and efficient cleaner, look no further, you found them!

Wow! I am impressed!…read more I called Gina to arrange to have my house cleaned. She returned my call quickly and quoted what I believed to be a fair price for her work. Gina and her husband, Albert, came over today to clean my house. To ensure that the house was thoroughly clean before they started doing bi-weekly regular cleaning, they did a deep clean today. After they left, the house is spotless and it has that delightful, clean-as-a-whistle smell. Gina and Albert are a great team and I am delighted that they have agreed to clean my house every two weeks on a regular basis. I would gladly recommend them to anybody who is interested in having their house cleaned on a regular basis - or for a more thorough, but less frequent, deep clean.
